Guest Red Hot Thumbtack In The Eye Posted June 19, 2003 Report Posted June 19, 2003 Kevin Nash and Shawn Michaels were not written into RAW on Monday and were not even backstage. Nash is now questioning what his future with WWE entails since he his feud with Triple H seems to be over. In the past, those who have feuded with Triple H have gone straight down the card (Scott Steiner, RVD, Kane, Booker T). Shawn Michaels was upset following Bad Blood due to his match with Ric Flair not being given more time. He stated his thoughts in a WWE.com interview which was later removed for unknown reasons. Credit: 1wrestling.com I know the HBK thing is covered, I haven't seen this Nash story on here yet though.
Guest NoSelfWorth Posted June 19, 2003 Report Posted June 19, 2003 Big Lazy should shut up and be thankful he got to work a main event program in the first place.
Guest BDC Posted June 19, 2003 Report Posted June 19, 2003 Nash ought to be glad he's working at all right now, seeing as how nowhere else has hired him.
Guest Human Fly Posted June 19, 2003 Report Posted June 19, 2003 Even Kliq members aren't safe from the HHH effect. Is nothing holy anymore? Nash is washed up, and was so unover in his ME feud that they had to bring in Foley to get his match any heat. They should fire him and not think twice. But, in a few months when the next round of cuts comes up Jamie Noble and Kanyon (or somebody like that) will probably get cut while Nash collects a fat paycheck.
Guest Lil Naitch Posted June 19, 2003 Report Posted June 19, 2003 Well, I understand Michael's frustrations, since the match was being built as a highlight of the evening and a meeting between two legend, then was given 15 minutes and a screwjob finish. Nash should just shut up, though. Hell, the only time he runs is when I'm playing Smackdown 4.
Guest Ram Posted June 19, 2003 Report Posted June 19, 2003 I guess HHH is still pissed at Nash for this pic: http://www.geocities.com/carnage_442/hbkna...hhallxpac01.jpg OMYGOD MY FACE!
Guest KingOfOldSchool Posted June 19, 2003 Report Posted June 19, 2003 Fuck Nash. And even if given the extra time Michaels wanted, the booking still would've sucked and it still would be somewhat of a disappointment, of course provided they still went with the Glass Joe finish.

Either this is an elaborate plot by the Clique to divide and conquer the locker room and give Nash more power by way of positioning him opposite HHH or HHH is seriously getting ready to cut all ties to everyone in the locker-room when he says "I Do" and lord it over everyone (including his friends) that he's successfully married into the MacMahon family and declare that he now runs the joint...

It wouldn't be the first time Nash would have tried something like that. He gets to appear like he's standing up against a cancer, and in return, he gets power.
Guest Army Eye Posted June 20, 2003 Report Posted June 20, 2003 Nash ought to be glad he's working at all right now, seeing as how nowhere else has hired him. err.. where else is there?
Guest Choken One Posted June 20, 2003 Report Posted June 20, 2003 TNA but that place hired Waltman and Viscera...Nash will headline in a week there...
Guest Sakura Posted June 20, 2003 Report Posted June 20, 2003 So...RAW is booked to please the Kliq and even they don't like it?
Guest The Mighty Damaramu Posted June 20, 2003 Report Posted June 20, 2003 I can understand Nash's POV. I mean where do you go after you lose to HHH? Everyone kind of floats around doing nothing when that happens. But then again Nash should've never been facing HHH in the first place. And I understand HBK's POV. I mean here's this meeting of the legends that ends by a punk that doesn't know a wristlock from a wristwatch running in.
Guest Choken One Posted June 20, 2003 Report Posted June 20, 2003 Nash just needs to get on board of Jericho's Raw Mutinity...
JasonX Posted June 20, 2003 Report Posted June 20, 2003 Nash just needs to get on board of Jericho's Raw Mutinity... 1. Nash could easily sweet-talk Vince into sending him to SD, where he could reign with an iron fist as HHH's viceroy. 2. Jericho should not let Nash get involved with any sort of mutiny because Nash has a serious grudge against Jericho, to the point in which Nash helped play a key roll in convincing HHH that Jericho has to squashed like a bug at every possible oppertunity and would either sell Jericho and anyone involved in a mutiny out to Vince and HHH or immeadiately usurp any sort of mutiny from Jericho's hands if it succeeds and steal all of the credit from Jericho....
Guest Zero_Cool Posted June 20, 2003 Report Posted June 20, 2003 Ok, uhm..a Jericho Mutiny? Why didn't I get the smark memo on this one? First monkey pox, and now this..
Guest Choken One Posted June 20, 2003 Report Posted June 20, 2003 Jericho is starting the Mutiny very shortly... Mutinty to where? Stampede? I dunno but it's outta Raw fer sure... Of course it's Catch 22 as we have to endure 60 minutes of Nash/Orton and 55 minutes of HHHighlight of the Night...and 5 minutes for Mack and Goldberg whom didn't get the memo about the Mutinty.
JasonX Posted June 20, 2003 Report Posted June 20, 2003 Ok, uhm..a Jericho Mutiny? Why didn't I get the smark memo on this one? First monkey pox, and now this.. Lots of rumors have been floating around reguarding Jericho slowly but surely worming his way into Vince's good graces and gaining a sense of real power backstage. And with a growing sense of discontent in the Raw locker room and HHH being politically vulnerable do to Golberg and his own wedding (mainly the issue of whether or not HHH will take a hiatus when he gets married for his honeymoon and such), it has been speculated that Jericho could conceivably go head to head with HHH and castrate the Game if he plays his cards right....
Guest claydude14 Posted June 20, 2003 Report Posted June 20, 2003 Nash should've won the title, and I'll take that opinion with me to the grave.

As much as I would love to see that happen, and I would kill for it, I don't see it happening. Cripps is too tight with Vince and too savvy to let it happen. It makes for a nice dream though.

Meh, that's really just speculation and wishful thinking. Everything I've heard suggests Jericho is keeping mum on the HHH situation. I certainly don't see any Machiavellian political gambits in his future. Besides, his current positioning opposite Goldberg will actually put him in HHH's good graces. And once the wedding goes through, HHH will be untouchable, why would Jericho jeopardize his current position? Like he wants to give up a cushy salary to go to TNA or work the indies for a fraction of the money. RVD, on the other hand, I could see walking out, but certainly without anything resembling a full scall mutiny.
King Cucaracha Posted June 20, 2003 Report Posted June 20, 2003 TNA but that place hired Waltman and Viscera...Nash will headline in a week there... No chance...Russo hates Nash doesn't he? Or vice versa. And Waltman can still wrestle a good match when he's motivated, like his match at the 3PW PPV a while back agaisnt Sabu. Plus he may have improved while in Japan.
Adam Posted June 20, 2003 Report Posted June 20, 2003 Nash wouldn't work in TNA, he'd only have one friend there
Guest The Mighty Damaramu Posted June 20, 2003 Report Posted June 20, 2003 Jericho the political master that holds everyone down? But we can't really do any cool name puns with him. I'd rather HHH keep the seat.
Murmuring Beast Posted June 20, 2003 Report Posted June 20, 2003 Nash should feel pissed off. After all, Triple H made him look like shit.
Adam Posted June 20, 2003 Report Posted June 20, 2003 Well on that principle, everyone on the RAW roster should be pissed off, shouldn't they?
