When I communicate with marks, I try being smarksih, but of course it doesn't work. Sometimes I just prove them wrong about certain things, but afterwards they're funny to laugh at.

Heh.

Talking to Marks is annoying though....

to how evil that Vince McMahon fellow is.

I think that's something Marks and Smarks can agree on......

There are a lot of shirts that I would wear in public. The problem is finding them in my size. The Cactus Jack "Wanted Dead" shirt is one that I would wear all the time. Also the Kaientai "Evil" shirt and the Hurricane's lime green shirt that just has his H logo on the front would be worn. I liked a lot of the ECW shirts. Sandman used to have a shirt where on the front was Sandman atop a mountain of empty beer cans with a cigarette in his mouth a beer in one hand and his kendo stick raised in the other. On the back, it said "Blood, Sweat, & Beers." I would wear that shirt.

I like a lot of the shirts that Raven wears too...however most aren't wrestling shirts.

I still want a Dudley Boyz jersey that doesn't suck. On the front just have it say "Dudleyville" or something like that across the chest. On the back, just say "Dudley" with the number of the jersey being 3D. All of this table talk or blood is thicker than wood shit has got to stop.

Has the WWE to theirs?(not counting smarks)

Yes.

But the problem isn't with us being ashamed of being wrestling fans, it's with those who mock and stereotype us as typical wrestling fans. They don't understand why I love wrestling, so it's best that they not know that I love it at all. Whereas if I was wearing a shirt that only spoke to a fan like myself, they already understand why I like wrestling and look past the stereotypes.

I still wear my Rock "Layeth The Smacketh Down In Ottawa", Jericho "Larger Than Life" and RVD "Whatever" shirts in public from time to time. I kinda wish I had the "King Of The World" one...

The two people who have never heard of Chris Jericho or don't like WWE can lick my ballsack.

::Looks at ratings::

Sure, only two.

Out of Three, so technically, he's correct

I won't wear any shirt with the picture of the guy on it, those come off as far too gawky. I was happy to hear that we were being sent a John Cena shirt at work, and pissed off when I opened up the box to see a huge pic of Cena in his bucket hat, with his name in purple graffitti. If they just made a "Word Life" or "Thuganomics" shirt it'd be perfect.

I own the Kaientai shirt, and most people around here seem to know what it is, shockingly enough. Haven't worn it in a while though. I also have a Hurricane logo shirt, but it's black with the "H" logo on the front. Simple, yet effective.

I wore my don't be an ASS clown shirt to staples, and the manager asked me "What's an Ass Clown?" and I said "It's a person who bugs you about what's written on your T-shirt" Then I went across the street to Wal-Mart and bought my ink cartridges.

The text on the back of that shirt wasn't bad. It wasn't nearly as big as you're saying it was.

And Dragonball Z shirts are, as far as the vast majority goes, awesome.

If I had money (if being the key word there), I would buy some wrestling shirts. Like I would buy the RVD one (the new one), the new Jericho one (I would buy the King of the World one, but ya know, Kings are guys so there goes that idea), and the Edge Army one (the black one). It strikes up conversation with other people, so there ya go.

Yes, this is so true. My Cactus Jack shirt gets so much attention. Must be because it's yellow. Or maybe because it's so awesome.

The V1 Matt Hardy shirt is suitable for public wear but that’s about it as far as Hardy shirts go.

Wearing a WWE shirt is pretty much well akin to wearing a sign that says "White Trash Moron".

5) Make better T-shirts. This may seem like a little thing, but I believe it's very important. When wrestling was at its hottest you had people wearing 3:16 and NWO shirts. It was cool and they were proud. Now you might find one behind a jacket - and even THAT's rare. Fans want to subtly show they are wrestling fans - and they cannot do that while wearing 'It's true' in big bold lettering. There have only been a handful of really good shirts in the past: the Hurricane 'H' and the Kaientai "Evil" shirts are the only ones that I can think of that I ever really showed interest in. What did they have in common? They were transferable to everyday wear. It didn't say you were a wrestling fan, but you still knew you were representin' and other wrestling fans would give you a nod on the street. "Less is More' and Obscurity is the key.

Eh, I never felt bad about wearing Wrestling shirts in public.

One day I wore my "Hulk Still Rules" shirt and bandana combo out in public...

And when it was starting...I had an XFL shirt I wore in public. I still have it, but it's an undershirt now.

"I Have Issues"

now you can wear a wrestling shirt and admit that you are a loser at the same time

That Hurricane Shirt is the best one they have, and while the "I have issues" thing is clever, it shouldn't have been the central focus of the back.

Wow....a lot of you guys are either ultra paranoid or picked on way to much.

I have NEVER had anyone make fun of me for wearing a wrestling shirt. Nobody around here CARES. Hell half of the time most people don't even notice what the shirt is.

You sound like someone I passed by in the halls during my High School years.

Every other week, he'd wear a Tatanka shirt.

And this was in 1998...

Dude, that shirt fucking sucks. Too much text and a bad picture to boot. I like a lot of the American Chopper shirts. Jesse James is always wearing that shit on his TV shows. I've seen a lot of clothes from Tito Ortiz's site that I liked too.

This really fat, goofy kid in my gym class always wears an Austin shirt. Not the 3:16 one, but one with a picture of him on the front with his autograph on it. We like to laugh at him behind his back.

Makes ya think, doesn't it?

Wanderlei would own Tito.

Ummm....I don't know about you guys but I don't go to high school. I already graduated. So generally I don't have to deal with immature dumbasses who are like "You don't get drunk every weekend....you're not cool....."

Oh and I go to college. And either nobody notices my wrestling shirt or nobody gives a damn. Yeah welcome to the adult world kids.

Guest Choken One

Oh Yes Adult World is lovely...The shirts still suck 90% of the time...

It's not just with Wrestling...It also applies to sports shirts as well

I like Subtleness in my shirts...

I only wear two wrestling shirts out in public....

Jericho's "King of the world" shirt and Brock's "He is the next big thing" shirt.....most people think the front is a logo for Danzig.

Posted

I wear my Global Warning Baseball Jersey out in public, and Ive got the Rocky 'We bring the whuppin' one too, I wear that, but only to PPVs. Ive got an Austin one with his head on the front, but I dont wear that in public, as well as one with a pic of the Rock on the front. I can't get any WWE T-Shirts apart from when they come to Aus, but I so want that Jericho one.

Guest TheBigCalbowski

I've never had a problem with wearing wrestling shirts in public whether I was in high school or college. Sure there were those dumbasses who liked to pester me about it, but it never changed my love for the business. They can say that ALL wrestling fans are white trash, but I can just let them see my face and make them feel like a complete dumbass for saying it.
