Bait and switch. Thanks WWE.

Did they simply have not enough shit to fill up the card?

Then it means that Show is not being inserted into the WWE Title match after all.

If I cared I'd wonder how they're going to explain putting off the handicap match for a month.

I'd rather see Mr. America / Big Show. Honestly.

Not really for me, but when Show slammed America (I think it was him) I had flashbacks of Andre when Hogan sold his back on the bodyslam.

It doesn't make sense.....isn't Steph the GM? Why does she have to fight? Why can't she just give Gowan a contract like she did with Mr. America and countless others? Why can't Gowan just say 'screw this' and work for Raw? Why why why why?

Because this is WWE, and in WWE you're not allowed to ask anything that questions logic and just go with the flow that doesnt make any sense to begin with.

Because the creative teams are a bunch of fucking idiots. :bonk:

And I checked the Vengeance website to see if this was true and it was... NO!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

*shudders in fear, pulls on Vengeance 2002 DVD, and watches Booker T / Big Show match to calm down

Yeah, it's already been said. Although I'd assumed Vince is merely the owner now having delegated all day-to-day operating of the two brands to his GMs. But no. He retains all power, and they're just playing figurehead who announce stuff now and then, book matches occasionally, and then take part in extremely shitty angles.

Even if you try to go with the WWE's logic, there's no reason that Vince couldn't void America's contract, or Steph couldn't give Zack one of those ironclad contracts. Whatever.

Don't know...but for the second part, he wants to be near his idol Ho--MR. AMERICA and Steph is slightly less of a bitch than Bischoff. Sure, Austin's there, but he's still a dickhead too.

I'd mark for a stunner on Gowan, though.

I think the bigger question is this: do they WANT Gowen to fail?

If Gowen loses:

Mark: Wow, this guy can't beat McMahon in an arm-wrestling contest, and can't beat Big Show in a handicap match. McMahon is right, he is a useless loser.

If Gowen wins:

Mark: I'm so impressed that he needed Stephanie McMahon to beat somebody. Yes, I will certainly buy all of his merchandise and pay double for PPVs, because Gowen is that interesting. Fuck.

The Jericho/Stephanie partnership will look good by the time the McMahons are done with Gowen.

Awesome! I'm ordering this ppv now. I expect this match to be around ****1/4 but it pisses me off that the smaller Gowen is included. This match would have been better off Show vs Steph

As long as it means we get Angle and Brock 1v1 without that fat piece of shit in the way, I'm for it.

I'd rather see the El Gigante-Sid Vicious stretcher match on a continuous loop for three hours than pay for that handicap match.

You know you dont actually HAVE to pay for the PPV, you could just not watch it or go to a sports bar

or go to a sports bar

That's what I do. Fuck that $35 WWE PPV fee.

The only matches I care to see is the final round of US Title Tournament and the rematch between Brock Lesnar Vs. Kurt Angle.

Both of them are almost at 100% (They're in better condition now than they were before WM)

The question is: Can they outperform their first match?

first off i want to thank vince for saving me 35 dollars yet again this coming month.... i will gladly wait for the dvd so i can skip this crap

i would also like to point out that the sadder part of this situation is the big show may lose to steph or zach and then the following SD! he will be the number one contender for the WWE title... ::sigh:: :(

Well, I would assume Vince (being the owner of the company and all) could overrule any decision made by the lesser GM's.

Steph didn't know who Mr. America was before she signed him, and then tried to hide it from Vince. Vince didn't know who MA was, so he didn't bother getting involved.

Gowen doesn't want to go to Raw because he wanted a SD contract from the moment he was born. He also doesn't want to be continuously mocked and ultimately jobbed to a certain you know wHHHo.

See, maybe WWE logic isn't so bad. Well, at least not here.

This is great news. The Fat Tub is not in a three way with Angle ad Lesnar!

Good, now you can actually make money off Gowan wrestling. Giving it away on Free-TV is silly.

Yeah cause once HHH see that a one legged man has more workrate and better movement then him and Nash combined you know HHH is going to bury him big time.

Nope... she's teaming with Zach.

Actually, I don't think she's fat, but the joke still stands. And the match is a terrible idea.

Big Show wins - we get nowhere

Steph wins - we get nowhere, except Zach has a contract

Zach wins - Big Show looks weak, and Zach has a contract.
