This may be old news to some, but Marvin Eastman ate a brutal knee from Vitor Belfort at UFC 43, and it produced the sickest cut mainstream MMA has ever seen. It even looks like you can see his brain!

The worst thing is, I doubt Eastman is going to be able to fight again.

 

When you get cut ike that, it would be the target of all future fights and if the wound opens and bleeds, the fight is over.
