Guest Miss Independant Posted July 16, 2003 Report Posted July 16, 2003 Ah! Damnit Jingus, you beat me to it. God, I loved that episode... Don't make me use... satire~! Anyway, I just heard the song and thought it'd be a swank name. There tis.
Guest Dynamite Kido Posted July 16, 2003 Report Posted July 16, 2003 <------OBVIOUSLY you see where the dynamite comes from and 1980 is the year I was born.....
Guest Plushy Al Logan Posted July 16, 2003 Report Posted July 16, 2003 Look at my avatar and/or sig for the answer.
Guest BAR Posted July 16, 2003 Report Posted July 16, 2003 I've been called Bar all my life. It's a shortened version of my full name: Barclay.
Guest Nevermortal Posted July 16, 2003 Report Posted July 16, 2003 Ok, it goes like this. Back in the end of the '00, I was sitting at my computer, thinking of a name to use for my new AOL account. On my MP3 player, Immortal's "Blashyrkh" was playing. On my TV, Raven appeared to help out Tazz defeat Jerry Lawler! Thus, Nevermortal was born. 1 part Poe/Scott Levy, 1 part Corpsepainted Norwegian Black Metallers. So yep, that's the story of this wacky ass name.
Guest CED Ordonez Posted July 16, 2003 Report Posted July 16, 2003 Real name (first name abbreviated) and I put my first name all caps for no apparent reason.
Gert T Posted July 17, 2003 Report Posted July 17, 2003 Drunk guy tried to get out Garrett but just slurred out Gert, T just an initial.
Guest Raiden Posted July 18, 2003 Report Posted July 18, 2003 I always liked Raiden from the MK series. And I always thought it was a kick-ass nickname. I think I might name my first-born "Raiden," if it's a boy...
Guest Miss Indy Queen Posted July 18, 2003 Report Posted July 18, 2003 Well I tend to go to a lot of Independent shows in the Northeast and I was given the name of Miss Indy Queen from a few people. Dames decided I should use the name on the board and thus that is where the name came from.
Guest Sandman9000 Posted July 18, 2003 Report Posted July 18, 2003 Enter Sandman and the BFG9000. I should change my name to El Bloodmark or something, but I've had this name for everything (save AIM, some stupid Commie already had it) for around 6 years, and I'm lazy.
Guest Insane Bump Machine Posted July 18, 2003 Report Posted July 18, 2003 Shane Helms used the name Insane Bump Machine when he had just started his career in the indies. Since I'm a fan of his and also like good bumpers in general, I took the name for myself. IBM is also a play on my job, because I'm an IT specialist and IBM is one of the biggest names in the business.
Guest saturnmark4life Posted July 18, 2003 Report Posted July 18, 2003 I'll be trying to 'Mark' my name on the planet 'Saturn' '4life', because I'm in denial about it being made of gas. Bah.
