Guest CronoT Report post Posted July 30, 2003 So this is, what, three injuries in less than two months? Read the writing on the wall, Vince, you fuckhead.
Guest NoCalMike Report post Posted July 30, 2003 Would be nice to get the belt off someone who only appears on Raw every third Raw or so.
Guest pinnacleofallthingsmanly Report post Posted July 30, 2003 As far as injuries go, a strained groin isn't shit. There's no way his punkass should be questionable for Summerslam over a strained muscle. Yes it does hurt, but he shouldn't be gone for a long time for an injury like that. Lil' Bitch 0 Report post Posted July 30, 2003 Scott Steiner was actually a good / decent singles wrestler and World Heavyweight Champion before the ring rust and injuries got to him. When I first heard about the groin injury, I thought Goldberg had mule kicked HHH in the crotch...
Guest The Old Me Report post Posted July 30, 2003 HHH will rehab, come back and destroy all heels and faces again until his child from hell is declared the antichrist and the world ends as we know it.

Gert T 0 Report post Posted July 30, 2003 So we got Goldberg vs. Flair August 4th A Highlight Reel Where Goldberg & HHH have a showdown on August 11th Goldberg/HBK vs. HHH/Flair August 18th Yes that's buildup
Guest Choken One Report post Posted July 30, 2003 Goldberg/HBK vs. HHH/Orton August 18th Yes that's suck correction...
Gert T 0 Report post Posted July 30, 2003 Goldberg/HBK vs. HHH/Orton August 18th Yes that's suck correction... I'm sorry if you thought I really believed that was good buildup, I guess it could be HHH/Orton so Orton can pin HBK before the PPV, now Trips probably can't be in that tackling dummy contest

Yes it does hurt, but he shouldn't be gone for a long time for an injury like that. If it's a hernia, he could be out for weeks. Still, the fact that H may have given himself an injury usually reserved for middle-aged men should tell him something. Not that he'll listen, anyway. Guest humongous2002 Report post Posted July 30, 2003 Probably RVD looked at Cripple H funny before his match with Shitberg.Anyway i know RVD will get blamed for this injury.
Guest bps "The Truth" 21 Report post Posted July 30, 2003 See what happened was this: RVD was kept off of RAW to sell the Kane beatdown and the fans in attendance grew so pissed at his absence by the end of the night that G-Berg and HHH started doing RVD's trademark moveset. It was quite the sight to see the Goldberg rolling thunder and the HHH-Daminator. Unfortunately HHH's attempt at a split-legged moonsault ended...poorly. Guest jester Report post Posted July 30, 2003 We're all assuming that HHH injured himself during the post-Raw fight with Goldberg. But this is the Quad Clique we're talking about here. For all we know, he could have done it during the promo.
Guest Ripper Report post Posted July 30, 2003 He just needs to start doing yoga with Rob. Hell...they all do. It should be required. I mean this guyspent 5 years diving on concrete and only got injured once. I don't see why more of them don't follow suit.
Crimson Platypus 0 Report post Posted July 30, 2003 The fact is anabolic steroid use leads to an increased number of muscle injuries like the pulls, strains, and tears that HHH seems to be having with increasing frequency. Bottom line is he either need to go off the juice, which would cause him to lose some mass. Or he needs to do some kind of flexibility exercises (like yoga as Ripper suggested). Guest bps "The Truth" 21 Report post Posted July 30, 2003 He'll just injure himself doing yoga. And if he goes off the juice he's going to end up looking flabby and out of shape like Luger and Douglas do now.

Guest Dynamite Kido Report post Posted July 30, 2003 What does he DO that would actually put him under the physical stress required for injury? Do those sleeperholds require THAT much strain to maintain? -Patrick uhhhhhhh...........steriods......

For two reasons: 1) Make the PPV match special 2) Don't risk injuring the Champ
Guest bps "The Truth" 21 Report post Posted July 30, 2003 1) Make the PPV match special 2) Don't risk injuring the Champ 1) Nothing HHH does is special. Even to the marks. Hence his matches have no heat. Goldberg can get over for the match and people will be happy when he wins...but I give it until RAW the next day for fans to realize him with the title isn't any better and turn on him. 2) Too late. Guest edotherocket Report post Posted July 30, 2003 Is there any rumored backup plan for if he misses SS yet?

Guest bps "The Truth" 21 Report post Posted July 30, 2003 OK... but I bet that after HHH loses at SS the next night he points out that Goldberg only beat him because he was injured...and then becomes the first person to beat Goldberg in the WWE.

Guest bps "The Truth" 21 Report post Posted July 30, 2003 You caught me. I'm one of those people paid to come on websites and see what we can do to piss off the 12 year old's the most. Taker squashing Cena before pulling him up from a pin...kicking out of his finisher and then beating him clean... My idea.

Guest bps "The Truth" 21 Report post Posted July 30, 2003 I was also the one that suggested using Kane's monster push to keep RVD off of RAW while we take away his SS feud and leave him more directionless than usual just so we could get MORE McMAhons on TV. That's Right... IT WAS ME!!!!!!!!! I DID IT FOR DA VINCE!!!
Lil' Bitch 0 Report post Posted July 30, 2003 But this is the Quad Clique we're talking about here. For all we know, he could have done it during the promo. I wouldn't be surprised. I hope WWE has a back-up plan because if either men can't make it, the RAW main event is fucked and somebody else (out of nowhere too I bet) will have to be stuck in a.k.a. another booking fluke. Guest pinnacleofallthingsmanly Report post Posted July 31, 2003 If it's a hernia, why would they come out and announce it as a strained groin instead of waiting until they know what it really is? Doctors are USUALLY pessimistic about injuries and ALWAYS tell people to take their time recovering. I'm skeptical about this injury and if it's a severe injury maybe Triple H should retire. Injury prone people are called injury prone because they're always injured. Triple H is always injured. Triple H should be called injury prone. I'm also confused that the top heel or whatever the hell Triple H is trying to be strains a muscle in July and says, "I guess I won't be at Summerslam this year." Theoretically, he should be able to do bullshit non-wrestling stuff like he did with Steinr to build up the match and then actually have a match at Summerslam. After Summerslam, he can go back to standing around and looking like a fucking dumbasss Flair wannabe and cutting dry fucking promos.
