Spoiler (Highlight to Read): The Coast Guard could handle that duty. They'll be on hand anyway just in case somebody goes overboard...and somebody probably will.

Umm the main event of AngleSlam is a ladder match so there's no problem hanging the belt. They were going to hang it off a hellicopter.
