Buffy season 1 is great. But for all the wrong reasons these days.

For what wrong reasons?

It's terribly and hillariously lame.

I'm not sure if it was meant to be like that but I only started watching at the start of season 2 (apparently my mum thought I was too young at the time, considering it's on here at 11:30).

Now that I got it on DVD it's just increadibly funny looking back at how lame Willow and Xander are and their mini love story going on, knowing what's gonna happen to both of them.

It was like a whole series of that last scene before they went into the Ubervamp hole.

The transition between series 1 and 2 looks like suddenly everyone woke up and it wasn't the early nineties any more.

I watched Angel: I will remember you last night. God it was painful to watch. Did they just want to destroy their relationship or did Joss wake up and think "I wonder how I can torture Angel more". The whole episode was one big cop-out.

and yes..... go Buffy!

DB's acting on buffy and early Angel can be really bad. That's what kills I Will Remember You.

That whole ship is really overrated. After watching it again and again I started to realize there's like nothing there. There is no reason they should be so into each other. They barely even DO anything. Yet it's hyped as like this be all, end all relationship. It's so shallow and fairy tale like. I like Riley and Buffy more.

Buffy gets so much better when they get to college. Cordy and Angel on Buffy sucks. No Spike and Anya sucks.

and Angel S2 is not as watchable as Buffy. It's not funny enough and the scoobs are so much better than his crew. Darla is so boring too. It's not fair to start there. I will not let the angel bias consume this like it does everything else(gift was robbed). We should do the fair thing, and rotate.

If we start at Season 2, and do a disk per week, we'll be at Season 5 by when it comes out. So who's in?

Great, but what about BUFFY?

Am I the only one who just suddnely gets in the mood to watch a random ep? Like yesterday I was just bored and thought...why not put in Hells Bells? It's going to be awesome when I can just randomly put in Selfless or Storyteller. Only about 4 weeks to go....

No, I did it last night before I went to bed.

I watched "Two to Go," which is ironic because the BoSox only have two to go.

Man, I used to love early season 6. I'm not feeling it right now. After watching the first four episodes, the only thing I can say I really liked was the Buffy/Spike convo at the end of "After Life".

Anya, he likes Angel more than Buffy.

That should explain something.

Wow, this thread is dieing quicker than a rabbit in knife fight.

And that was horrible.

actually, depending on who it's against, a rabbit would last quite a while in a knife fight. One would also have to take into consideration the physical condition of said rabbit, and the location of the knife fight, but with a large enough area, and if the rabbit is able-bodied, it could last quite a while. Unless, of course, the opponent is a circus knife-thrower. If it's a circus knife-thrower, then the rabbit is fucked.
