Eve can still manipulate them as she's been working with them for, what, months now? And I'm sure they had a contingency plan just-in-case she got found out. Of course, if they go the "We'll keep her around so we can find out her evil plans and then stop her" route, it'll be just stupid. STUPID!! RRR: Thinking that Firefly wouldn't do something like this.

And they didn't even prepare me for how awesome that episode was, anyway. I just skimmed bits and pieces. Anyway, yes I skimmed the Puppet Show-revisited spoilers, and the premise is awful.
