DrVenkman PhD Posted September 17, 2003 Report Posted September 17, 2003 Meltzer is reporting that Haas is fine and was just knocked a little loopy last night. Benjamin, on the other hand ,well be getting the same knee surgery (arthoscopic or whatever) that Angle and Rey had. They missed about 4-6 weeks IIRC. This apparently is in regard to a past injury, and not based on last night.
Lil' Bitch Posted September 17, 2003 Report Posted September 17, 2003 Good to know, thanks for telling.
Guest Dave O'Neill, Journalist Posted September 17, 2003 Report Posted September 17, 2003 SH-IT Anyway, here's hoping they, you know, do something with Haas for the next six weeks
Guest Markingout Posted September 17, 2003 Report Posted September 17, 2003 Damnit I mark for Shelton. Glad to hear he is going to be fine
haVoc Posted September 17, 2003 Report Posted September 17, 2003 Only way Haas will get through the next following six weeks is if he turns to a higher power. Something which will help him get through these hard times on his own. Haas needs to embrace the lord. In other words..... Haas needs ~MATTITUDE~
DrVenkman PhD Posted September 17, 2003 Author Report Posted September 17, 2003 Don't forget Angle was on TV just about every week before wrestling again when he had his knee surgery.
Damaramu Posted September 17, 2003 Report Posted September 17, 2003 Well maybe Haas can come to the ring with a picture of Benjamin and be like "Well here is my partner....staying in my corner despite a crippling injury."
AndrewTS Posted September 17, 2003 Report Posted September 17, 2003 Damn--just long enough to keep him off No Mercy.
Highland Posted September 17, 2003 Report Posted September 17, 2003 This could be a blessing in disguise for Haas, if only to see how he does as a singles wrestler. Though yeah I do mark for TWGTT and don't want them broken up; there's too few tag teams as there is, and even fewer great ones.
Guest The Old Me Posted September 17, 2003 Report Posted September 17, 2003 Well maybe Haas can come to the ring with a picture of Benjamin and be like "Well here is my partner....staying in my corner despite a crippling injury." That's a decent idea.
Guest Choken One Posted September 17, 2003 Report Posted September 17, 2003 I was kinda thinking maybe they could just have BOTH off the air for a few weeks *ducks* yeah but after what happened last night it's the perfect excuse for them to leave and "train" to reach a higher level of being... Or 'Taker can put him out in a FURIOUS rage and Haas plays with Funaki on Velocity for the time being. 4-6 weeks should mean Benjamin could make it back for No Mercy
Anakin Flair Posted September 17, 2003 Report Posted September 17, 2003 Maybe Benjamin could manage Hass while he's recovering? Wack the opponent out with the crutch or something?
Guest Choken One Posted September 17, 2003 Report Posted September 17, 2003 I like Heel on Crutch managers alot so sure...
Guest Dave O'Neill, Journalist Posted September 17, 2003 Report Posted September 17, 2003 Maybe Shaniqua could team with Charlie Cant believe i actually said that
