Guest ToddRoyal Posted October 3, 2003 Report Posted October 3, 2003 Story Here The owener of Mark Out Video pleaded guilty to bootlegging WWE and ROH tapes and could face up to 3 years in jail. Isn't this the guy Justin Baisden was pimping for ROH stuff? I wonder if that had anything to do with it. If it did, I wouldn't be surprised to see charges brought against the guy Jay Doring was pimping last week. It'll be interesting to see where this goes.
1234-5678 Posted October 4, 2003 Report Posted October 4, 2003 I never had sexual relations with that woman. (aka, I never sold bootleg tapes) j/k
Lil' Bitch Posted October 4, 2003 Report Posted October 4, 2003 What the hell is wrong with selling bootleg copies of the WWF Videos, they went out of print a long time ago. If they don't sell them anymore, how the fuck are they losing money?

I swear these days people seem like they are entitled to just steal.
razazteca Posted October 4, 2003 Report Posted October 4, 2003 Trading is ok but selling for the intent of profit is illegal.
Guest Doyo Posted October 4, 2003 Report Posted October 4, 2003 trading tapes is technically illegal also, though i doubt anyone would ever get prosecuted for it. there is no money being exchanged when people download and share music, but people are getting in trouble with the law for it.
Kahran Ramsus Posted October 5, 2003 Report Posted October 5, 2003 Tape trading isn't big enough of a problem for anybody to care. It isn't exactly the huge numbers that download music.
