Cuban Linx 0 Report post Posted February 10, 2004 102 VGM's, all my players in the 20's, except for Marcus Camby who didn'y play at all for some reason, i'm too lazy to look up what happened but being Camby you don't have to be a genius to guess. 2/11: PG- Mike Bibby SG- Jerry Stackhouse SF- Kevin Garnett PF- Elton Brand C- Erick Dampier Coach- Randy Ayers
alfdogg 0 Report post Posted February 10, 2004 78 VGMs, as I also picked Camby. 2/11: PG: Sam Cassell SG: Joe Johnson SF: Kevin Garnett PF: Juwan Howard C: Brad Miller Coach: Lawrence Frank
Cuban Linx 0 Report post Posted February 11, 2004 It seems i neglected to put in a team for today, leaving Michael Finley my only player. Looks like i'll be dropping big time, unless Finley picks up around 80 or so VGM's.
HarleyQuinn 0 Report post Posted February 11, 2004 106 VGM's as Brand and Cassell underperformed greatly 2.12 Lineup PG: Andre Miller SG: Ray Allen SF: Shareef PF: Zach Randolph C: Marcus Camby Coach: Jeff Bzdelik

alfdogg 0 Report post Posted February 12, 2004 (edited) You bastard Joe Johnson. You couldn't get more than 6 VGMs against the fucking WARRIORS?? Good lord, the Suns are horrible. Thank God for Miller and Cassell as I still manage 101 VGMs and stumble into third place. 2/13: PG: Anthony Carter SG: Wally Szczerbiak SF: Grant Hill PF: Chris Webber C: Olden Polynice Coach: John Carroll And I still have 40.5 points left over~! Cuban Linx 0 Report post Posted February 12, 2004 Well i've fallen big time, days of 29 and 95 VGM's send me tumbling back to 96.1% and down to 5th place. Everytime i get near 97% something happens to drop me back down.
alfdogg 0 Report post Posted February 13, 2004 81 points last night as Camby didn't play again and Randolph was almost non-existant with 8 VGMs. Even with Shareef coming in I figured he'd still be the go-to guy, but he only took 7 shots in 32 minutes. There is a "second season" thing on the front page...I don't know if it's optional or if we HAVE to do it, but I'll do it either way.
Cuban Linx 0 Report post Posted February 13, 2004 Paul Pierce is officially boycotted. He's been pissing me off for a while, and his whopping 1 VGM against the fucking BULLS has sealed the deal. Of course playing the same position as Garnett, Stojakovic and Kirilenko means i wouldn't be choosing him too much anyway. Randolph also does jack with 8 VGM's, and Dale Davis gives me a super 4. Christ, when Michael Finley was my only player two days ago i did half as good as today with 5 players, a mere 60 VGM's. Hell, one day i got that from Elton Brand alone. Cuban Linx 0 Report post Posted February 16, 2004 The start of the second half, hopefully i can improve on my pre-all star game performance. 2/17: PG- Sam Cassell SG- Jerry Stackhouse SF- Kevin Garnett PF- Zach Randolph C- Yao Ming Coach- Jeff Bzdelik
alfdogg 0 Report post Posted February 16, 2004 2/17: PG: Sam Cassell SG: Michael Redd SF: Peja Stojakovic PF: Zach Randolph C: Brad Miller Coach: Flip Saunders There were very few position changes, LeBron is now a SG and Chandler is a PF, but those were the only ones I saw. Also, some notable changes as Joe Johnson and Q-Rich both rose in price by about 3 or 4 points, Brad Miller went up to 20.2, and Garnett actually dropped about two points. alfdogg 0 Report post Posted February 18, 2004 99 points last night, as not only did I forget about Brad Miller being hurt, but Randolph hands me another 8 VGM night. 2/19: PG: Sam Cassell SG: Quentin Richardson SF: Kevin Garnett PF: Elton Brand C: Samuel Dalembert Coach: Nate McMillan
alfdogg 0 Report post Posted February 19, 2004 129 last night, despite Kirilenko only giving me 7. Kidd had a triple-double and Ben Wallace damn near had one too, blocking 8 shots for me. 2/20 PG: Andre Miller SG: Joe Johnson SF: Peja Stojakovic PF: Tim Duncan C: Jermaine O'Neal Coach: Stan Van Gundy
Cuban Linx 0 Report post Posted February 19, 2004 111 VGM's on the 18th, everyone scoring decent but no great performances. 2/19: PG- Mike Bibby SG- Quentin Richardson SF- Kevin Garnett PF- Elton Brand C- Vlade Divac Coach- Flip Saunders 2/20: PG- Jeff McInnes SG- Tracy McGrady SF- Kevin Garnett PF- Tim Duncan C- Samuel Dalembert Coach- Stan Van Gundy I don't know about this lineup, McInnes is a bit of a risk and i doubt Dalembert will do that well against Shaq, so i really need T-Mac, KG and Duncan to perform like they can. If they all put up the stats anything McInness and Dalembert give me will be a bonus. I'd probably do better downgrading at SF and improving elsewhere, but i can never bare to leave Garnett out. Cuban Linx 0 Report post Posted February 20, 2004 114 VGM's, Garnett giving me 34 and Brand laying on 47, though Q-Rich fucks me over again with 3. 2/21: PG- Jason Kidd SG- Ray Allen SF- Carmelo Anthony PF- Elton Brand C- Erick Dampier Coach- Lawrence Frank
alfdogg 0 Report post Posted February 20, 2004 I also had KG and Brand, and yes, it would have been nice of Q to wait until he had about 25 before getting tossed. Cassell only gives me 9, but Dalembert's nice 24 gives me 117. 2/21: PG: Steve Francis SG: Michael Redd SF: Dirk Nowitzki PF: Elton Brand C: Yao Ming Coach: Maurice Cheeks
Cuban Linx 0 Report post Posted February 21, 2004 98 VGM's, Garnett giving me 33 with everyone else in the teens. T-Mac chose a poor day to kick the ball into the stands twice and get ejected. 2/22: PG- Jeff McInnes SG- Reggie Miller SF- Kevin Garnett PF- Tim Duncan C- Shaquille O'Neal Coach- Johnny Davis Going with a Western Conference All-Star front court, hopefully they can all put up their best numbers to give me a good score from them alone. I just hope Garnett and Duncan don't cancel each other out.
alfdogg 0 Report post Posted February 21, 2004 81 last night as I get 10 and 11 from Miller and Johnson. Duncan's 9-28 shooting and JO's 6 TO's didn't exactly help either. If Duncan's not going to get me 25 or 30 VGMs, I'm not spending 30% of my points on his ass. 2/22: PG: Jamaal Tinsley SG: Tracy McGrady (If you want to kick two balls into the stands this time, kick Ben Wallace's. Maybe then my Pacers will still have a shot at the division with Artest out.) SF: Kevin Garnett PF: Carlos Boozer C: Jermaine O'Neal Coach: Jeff Van Gundy
alfdogg 0 Report post Posted February 22, 2004 106 last night, but Steve Francis is boycotted after managing only 8 VGMs against Dallas. I'd boycott Redd too after his 6, but there's not enough good + affordable SGs like him to do that. Thank God for Dirk and Brand's combined 70. 2/23: PG: Andre Miller SG: LeBron James SF: Pau Gasol PF: Carlos Boozer C: Marcus Camby Coach: Larry Brown
Cuban Linx 0 Report post Posted February 22, 2004 Finished up with 93 VGM's, and i again sacrifice many virgins to the altar of Elton Brand. Unfortunately things weren't good aside from him, Carmelo and Ray Allen stink, and while 18 VGM's are good, when you're only 1 rebound and 1 assist from a triple-double you should score way higher, stupid Jason Kidd. 2/23: PG- Andre Miller SG- Dwayne Wade SF- Pau Gasol PF- Zach Randolph C- Ben Wallace Coach- Maurice Cheeks
alfdogg 0 Report post Posted February 23, 2004 Of course I pick Yao a day too early and miss out on his 53 VGMs. Instead I get stuck with T-Mac and his 3-20 shooting night. 110 in all for me. 2/24: PG: Mike Bibby SG: Ray Allen SF: Peja Stojakovic PF: Elton Brand C: Yao Ming Coach: Rick Adelman I think Bibby usually sucks when I pick him, but I couldn't pass up on Brand against the Mavs.
Cuban Linx 0 Report post Posted February 23, 2004 A crappy 82 VGM's. Reggie Miller give me a big fat 0, while Duncan reminds me why i don't pick him much with 13. I was so close to picking Yao over Shaq's fat ass too... 2/24: PG- Mike Bibby SG- Ray Allen SF- Kevin Garnett PF- Elton Brand C- Samuel Dalembert Coach- Lawrence Frank
Cuban Linx 0 Report post Posted February 24, 2004 106 VGM's, Randolph and Gasol lead the way while the others don't do much. PG- Stephon Marbury SG- Ray Allen SF- Donyell Marshall PF- Elton Brand C- Yao Ming Coach- Mike D'Antoni

Cuban Linx 0 Report post Posted February 26, 2004 105 VGM's, everything looking good except for Brand. This is like only his second or third bad game in the 25 times i've chosen him though, so i can forgive him. 2/26: PG- Kirk Hinrich SG- Gilbert Arenas SF- Predrag Stojakovic PF- Tim Duncan C- Shaquille O'Neal Coach- Phil Jackson
