1234-5678 0 Report post Posted October 24, 2003 All I know is I read something afterwards that this match eventually led to Regal being fired from WCW for the first time. Apparently he wasn't cooperating in the ring, and made Goldberg look like something of a schmuck during his superman push. Can anyone describe exactly what went wrong here? Wright just debuted and was given a good push....so Roma does everything possible to make him look like shit. No selling his offense. Controlling 98% of the match. Kicking out of the finish.
