Was it simply because vince didn't see him as a real wrestling "promoter" which pissed him off all the more when turner started beating him? Also, I swear I read somewhere that bischoff had worked under mcmahon at some point(before now)which led to their hating each other or was that just kayfabe, or not true at all? The Atlanta fanbase freaked out, as they preferred the NWA's more wrestle first, talk later style. Ratings plummeted and Ted forced Vince off the network to put the NWA back on.
