There was previous discussions to possibly hold the event at the Tokyo Dome but negotiations didn't go far. Jonah, a Tough Enough 3 finalist, has continued his goals of becoming a WWE wrestler by working hard on the indy scene and training, and could potentially be offered a developmental contract with WWE's Ohio Valley promotion. Paul London has impressed officials backstage and is expected to be teamed up with Spanky to form a Midnight Express/Rockers type of tag team in the future. -wrestlingexposed.com I knew it wouldn't be long before London and Spanky get put in a embarrassing tag-team gimmick. I guess London will play Shawn Michaels, and Spanky will be the Marty Jannety of the team.

Well, Spanky does have the traits of a cracked up drug addict. Case in point: his dancing skills. his ludicrous wardrobe. his psychaedelic music. his ring-name. In my opinion, London will be the drug addict of the team, thanks to simple logic: Team #1 : The Rockers The blonde one (Shawn) has gone on to become a singles success. The dark-haired one (Marty) has become a shell of his former self. Team #2 : The Hardy Boys The dark-haired one (Matt) has gone on to become a singles success. Even the Rockers weren't bad when they were in the AWA, before VKM made them look like they were in an 80s hair-metal band.

Remember in the early days of the Hardy Boyz career it was Jeff who was predestined to be the NUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUU HBK. Look like Spanky is ahead of the curve........all he needs now is the goofy blue face paint and 6 months of doing the same boring moveset to kill his self-esteem.

The guy looked like a bump machine in his match with Brock so unless it's the bump machines time to succeed, he's got problems. Hopefully neither though cause Smackdown needs the tag teams.

Maybe that's just me though. that is the best way. people dont want gimic names anymore. the fan's intelligence have evolved beyond that. you know that there are marks out there that will cheer certain heels and boo certain faces(like goldberg in the beginning)

I think Spanky is a better name for him because it fits his gimmick. The real name thing is fine if you have a real name that sounds cool, but that John Heidengoseek needs a better name.
