"Agreed. Maybe we should start calling him "THE DAME"?"

No. How about "The Dane"?

Anyways, PL and Spanky have awesome cheminstry because they both were trained by Ruddy Boy. They were both in TWA at the same time for a long time. They are said to be good friends. They both work very similar styles, and have been watching each others work for along time.

The way I see it, the TNA crowds don't follow regular cheering and booing. They had that stupid heel section that reeked of Vince Russo's damage to face/heel alignment resulting shades-of-gray characters.

Sorry, but you're wrong. Nashville has always had a small group of hardcore fans who always cheer the heels. There are a few more now than there used to be, but still, it's nothing new. But for the most part, TNA has a fairly standard audience as wrestling crowds go. And the Heel Section certainly wasn't one of TNA or Russo's brainstorms, as they were eventually asked by TNA to stop booing the babyfaces and cheering the heels, and they have boycotted the show ever since then because of it.

I'm not saying Russo told them to do it but it's a product of the Attitude era where their smarky crowd thinks it's cool to cheer the heels. You only get the same thing in rare instances in WWE because the people are mainly following Face/Heel Reactions 101 unless you get a special case like Guerrero, Cena, Rock, or Austin.

Or maybe we should get back on topic. I've noticed in two threads now that CoreyLazarus416 likes to take threads off topic.

And I'm sure others have noticed that I have a lot to add when the situation calls for it, am not so opinionated it becomes pure bias, and am one of the top posters in the Music folder.

Besides, every thread goes off-topic at some point anyways. And what's wrong with lightening the mood by making fun of Dames' bad handwriting skills? OH!

Maybe that's why Voldoya thinks the board is in shambles? Threads going off topic ISN'T good. I think it even says something about it in the Official TSM Rule thread but the administrator is doing it too so who knows maybe it's an unforcened rule. Whether you do good in the music folder has no bearing on Spanky and Paul London's tag team work superceding that of AMW's tag work.

And your complaining about something that isn't worth a complaint about (especially since it was just a sidetrack, and the entire folder didn't stray from the original topic, which is what the rule SAYS) doesn't help the conversation move along either.

And I agree. IT'S ALL ABOUT THE DAANNNNNNNEEEEEE...

Now, to satisfy One Trick, I'll go back to the topic raised, or at least one of.

Spanky/London are not only better singles workers than AMW, but are also a better tag team. A Spanky/London vs. WGTT feud would produce nothing but quality matches that blend the old-school tag formula (AKA Ricky Morton Formula) and the new-school styles of wrestling. Hell, Spanky/London could probably pull a good match out of almost any tag team on the SmackDown roster (aside from anything involving Nathan Jones, of course), while AMW have trouble having good matches with anybody but XXX and Simon/Swinger.

Now, as for the Heel Section...OTP, did you not read where Jingus said that the Heel Section has existed in the Tennessee wrestling scene since pre-Attitude? Wrestling has always had its fans that preferred the heels, just as movies have always had the fans that preferred the villains. Honestly, how many people weren't cheering for Darth Vader?

And the Heel Section also cheers for certain faces. Raven, Lynn, Brown, etc. Anybody that can get over without an angle and based on talent and charisma alone. So stop complaining because the Heel Section actually added life to the TNA Asylum (and that's as true a statement as I can make in regards to the Heel Section).

And plus- besides Raven- who in TNA is a face that anybody likes?

Fuck chearing for heels and faces- cheer for good wrestlers.

Exactly. The problem TNA has is that the best wrestlers, for the most part, are booked as heels. Thus, they get cheered for being great, and the bad wrestlers that are booked as faces are boo'd because for being shit.

Well that takes away from some of the basics of wrestling and one of the reasons people.. you know... WATCH wrestling due to heel/face interaction.

Like I said, TNA just books the wrestlers it's hard to cheer for as faces and wrestlers it's easy to cheer for as heels, with the obvious exceptions of Michael Shane, 3 Live Kru, Raven, and Jeff Jarrett.
