I figured I would make this to help others who are looking for comic shops in their local areas or online comic stores.

 

The Outer Limits located in Waltham, MA. Very neat place, somewhat small but a solid collection of comics.

 

Mile High Comics An awesome comic site with stores located in Colorado. Great prices with many comics on sale from week to week, they sell comics from Fine to Near Mint/Mint condition. Definitely check this out.

I'd throw out SilverBulletComics.com as one, as that's the closest comic shop to me, but the site is down.
