MrRant Posted November 11, 2003 Report Posted November 11, 2003 So do you think customizing the jersey is worth it or do you just get a standard one? I was thinking of getting a Leafs jersey with my name on it but its around the $150 mark.
Guest Anglesault Posted November 11, 2003 Report Posted November 11, 2003 I think putting your own name on a jersey looks retarded.
MrRant Posted November 11, 2003 Author Report Posted November 11, 2003 Well I wanted to put my last name and my daughters birthday (23) for the number so that is my reason.
Guest Anglesault Posted November 11, 2003 Report Posted November 11, 2003 I'd avoid it. Me and my "homies" like to scoff at the people who have their own name on it. It's just generally stupid, especially if you are using the number of someone already on the team.
the pinjockey Posted November 11, 2003 Report Posted November 11, 2003 I have to agree about not being a fan of your own name being on the jersey.
Guest El Satanico Posted November 11, 2003 Report Posted November 11, 2003 I wouldn't bother with a customized jersey, but you have good reasoning, so do what you will. However, I would consider a custom Devils jersey with the name and number of that player named Satan.
starvenger Posted November 11, 2003 Report Posted November 11, 2003 On the other hand, I'm considering getting a Houston Texans Kailee Wong jersey just so I can have a jersey with my name on it...
The Czech Republic Posted November 11, 2003 Report Posted November 11, 2003 I wouldn't bother with a customized jersey, but you have good reasoning, so do what you will. However, I would consider a custom Devils jersey with the name and number of that player named Satan. That would be very cool, though it would necessitate supporting the New Jersey Devils. Who are you, David Puddy?
Guest El Satanico Posted November 11, 2003 Report Posted November 11, 2003 wooooo! DEEEEEEVIIIIIIILSSSSS!!!! :ahem: Actually I've owned a Devils jersey for many years now, but not because I'm a fan of the team.
