King Kamala Posted November 30, 2003 Report Posted November 30, 2003 Tietam Brown, I'd give it **3/4 stars out of *****. Not bad but it's Foley's worst book so far (I'm not counting his children's books).
{''({o..o})''} Posted November 30, 2003 Report Posted November 30, 2003 Cat in the Hat. Seriously, I never read it before, and I gave my youngest niece and nephew a jolly good rendition, if I do say so myself.
starvenger Posted December 3, 2003 Report Posted December 3, 2003 Just finished rereading "Be Cool" by Elmore Leonard, and it's still good reading. And for the record, Elliot Wilheim is described as a 6'4", 260lb half black, half Samoan gay man who likes to raise one eyebrow and is trying to break into acting. So I can see where that casting rumour for this part in the movie came about... Oh, and Raji should be played by Chris Tucker. Why? Read the book and you'll know what I mean...
Si82 Posted December 3, 2003 Report Posted December 3, 2003 "Dude, Where's My Country?" by Michael Moore. I enjoyed it, although not as much as "Stupid White Men: ...and Other Sorry Excuses for the State of the Nation".
