Lil' Bitch Posted November 22, 2003 Report Posted November 22, 2003 I just found out from a friend of mine that she won a package off TV for the RAW house show next Friday. We get to go to Meet and Greet before the show starts. Anyone know how this works?
Tawren Posted November 22, 2003 Report Posted November 22, 2003 I think it's just an autograph signing :/
Lil' Bitch Posted November 22, 2003 Author Report Posted November 22, 2003 Just one mystery wrestler or (I'm hoping) a bunch?
TheFranchise Posted November 22, 2003 Report Posted November 22, 2003 Ha Ha, you're getting one of the Frenchies, and you know it.
TheFranchise Posted November 22, 2003 Report Posted November 22, 2003 Nah, it'd be someone like Michaels i'd assume, someone from the upper mid card, who they can say is a main eventer.
Guest Choken One Posted November 22, 2003 Report Posted November 22, 2003 I had one of these back in 1996...I got to meet Owen and The Undertaker. Undertaker just shook my hand and signed a t shirt but Owen stayed and talked with me for about 20 minutes...
Youth N Asia Posted November 22, 2003 Report Posted November 22, 2003 It's going to be The Brooklyn Brawler...although that would be cool really
Downhome Posted November 22, 2003 Report Posted November 22, 2003 I'd be happy to meet just about any of them. What will more than likely happen, is you and a few other people will go into a room or something to talk to the people you are going to meet, be able to get a quick picture/autograph, and then that'll be the end of it. Just...you know, don't expect to be able to be backstage with everyone and all of that. That isn't what will happen.
Guest RollingSambos Posted November 22, 2003 Report Posted November 22, 2003 The meet & greets that I've attended (as part of travel packages) used to consist of a banquet room full of mid-carders, and you go to take pictures and get autographs and talk to them (if they were willing). Then they tightened things up and they put the wrestlers behind autograph tables and they just shuffled you through like cattle. No posing for pics with the wrestlers, no conversations. But I'm sure that your meet & greet might be a little more personal, since it isn't the entire travel package group.
Lil' Bitch Posted November 22, 2003 Author Report Posted November 22, 2003 Have fun meeting Shane Mcmahon... Hey, at least I could have him sign my SSeries chair. He's on it after all doing the falling elbowdrop. Thanks for the comments so far, guys.
Boner Kawanger Posted November 22, 2003 Report Posted November 22, 2003 When I won mine back in September, it was Rob Van Dam and Jerry Lawler.
