Guest ligerbomb03 Posted December 2, 2003 Report Posted December 2, 2003 Source: www.puroresufan.com AJPW, 12/2/03 Miyagi Sports Center 2,600 Fans 1. Masanobu Fuchi & Hi69 beat Taichi Ishikari & Shiro Asahi (11:08) when Hi69 used the Super Dance II on Asahi. 2. Real World Tag League: Jamal & Justin Credible [8] beat TAKA Michinoku & D-Lo Brown [6] (6:18) when Jamal used a flying sausage on TAKA. 3. Real World Tag League: Satoshi Kojima & Kaz Hayashi [8] beat Gigantes & Buchanan [6] (20:20) when Kojima used a lariat on Buchanan. 4. La Parka Original & Parka Guerrera beat Kazushi Miyamoto & Yasu Urano (11:15) when Original used a La Parkina on Urano. 5. EL DANDY~! Posted December 2, 2003 Report Posted December 2, 2003 Who's big idea was that to put JUSTIN CREDIBLE AND JAMAL IN THE FINALS? Oh, Mutoh? Geez...we go from Taue/Kawada vs. Kobashi/Misawa to this in ten years...
Guest Dynamite Kido Posted December 2, 2003 Report Posted December 2, 2003 I can't believe that they had Jamal/Credible in the fucking finals. I would have rather seen Taka/DLo in there. Geez, no wonder why AJPW is having problems........
Lord of The Curry Posted December 2, 2003 Report Posted December 2, 2003 What in God's name is a flying sausage and why does it have anything to do with Jamal?
Guest bort Posted December 2, 2003 Report Posted December 2, 2003 are Jamal or Justin getting over at all in Japan, and have there matches been watchable
Guest The Son of Sting Posted December 2, 2003 Report Posted December 2, 2003 AJ is nothing more than a indie fed now with three big names (Muto,Kojima,Kawada).Does anyone see the company being around this time next year?
Guest Dynamite Kido Posted December 3, 2003 Report Posted December 3, 2003 I hope it just gets better, but with fucking mutoh running it into the ground there is a good chance it could dominish. Damn you Mrs. Baba...........
Guest Salacious Crumb Posted December 4, 2003 Report Posted December 4, 2003 If they needed to put a U.S. face in the finals why not D'Lo? He had been getting a big push over the last month and the fans would've bought him as a legit threat unlike Credible and Jamal.
Guest ligerbomb03 Posted December 4, 2003 Report Posted December 4, 2003 (edited) Well, All Japan was screwed the day Misawa left to start NOAH. Edited December 4, 2003 by ligerbomb03
Guest Dynamite Kido Posted December 4, 2003 Report Posted December 4, 2003 Well, All Japan was screwed the day Misawa left to start NOAH. Actually, they were screwed the day Baba passed away. I never really cared for Baba, but I guess I never knew what him running AJPW meant. Too bad that possible the greatest company in this sports history might actually go out of business fairly soon. ::reminising of AJPW (89-94)::
Guest Dynamite Kido Posted December 4, 2003 Report Posted December 4, 2003 CREDIBLE AND JAMAL?!?! That's what I said when I first read that. Of course add some expletives......
Guest ligerbomb03 Posted December 4, 2003 Report Posted December 4, 2003 I am convinced that Mutoh has been smoking crack lately.
Guest Dynamite Kido Posted December 4, 2003 Report Posted December 4, 2003 I am convinced that Mutoh has been smoking crack lately. There aren't many explanations to his actions. I heard he was trying to move the company in a "sports entertainment" type style. Which I am NOT a big fan of. I mean isn't that the main reason why we watch puro in the first place? To get away from that shit.
Guest ligerbomb03 Posted December 5, 2003 Report Posted December 5, 2003 Can anything save All Japan from total collapse? I am hoping there is... hoping... I started watching Puro to get away from the sports entertainment/soap opera crap that is WWE, WCW and such like.
Guest Dynamite Kido Posted December 5, 2003 Report Posted December 5, 2003 Same here, but I think they should do whatever they can to get all the guys lost in WJ closing. Besides that, I don't know WHAT could help them now.

Besides that, I don't know WHAT could help them now. Eh........... temporarily maybe but AJPW really doesn't need anymore old farts in the upper card. Really if they take Chosu, Sasake, etc. it'll further the image that they are the Japanese "WCW".

I think they are dangerously close to closing. They might have to do whatever to stay afloat. But who knows......
theintensifier Posted December 9, 2003 Report Posted December 9, 2003 All Japan wants to go to sports entertainment? Info please.

I mean the last federation they wrestled for went belly up. I think AJPW needs to pruge the front office, Mutoh namely, and get someone who knows what the hell they're doing. Start by bringing back the good foreign stars and stop bringing in lumps like Bucannon and the late Malice.

I hate all the lumps as well. I actually think that as far as bringing in foreign guys to work would be the specialty of ZERO One and they are probably the ONLY company to do it well. But I guess every Japanese wrestling organizations are having their problems nonetheless.
