tpww7 Posted December 8, 2003 Author Report Posted December 8, 2003 NE would have a better record than Philly..
MarvinisaLunatic Posted December 8, 2003 Report Posted December 8, 2003 OMG! Portis again! 5th TD.. Portis 22 carries 218 yards 5 TDs
fazzle Posted December 8, 2003 Report Posted December 8, 2003 Clinton Portis: 254 total yards. 5 TDs. Nice.
Slayer Posted December 8, 2003 Report Posted December 8, 2003 Say bye-bye to KC's near-invincible aura And if certain things fall, say bye-bye to HFA too, KC
Cartman Posted December 8, 2003 Report Posted December 8, 2003 Philly? You mean one of the 7 teams with winning records that the Pats have beaten this year? In Philly... Portis is GOD!
KingPK Posted December 8, 2003 Report Posted December 8, 2003 INT Law!! Bye bye Miami. And the snow is flying again!
Guest The Winter Of My Discontent Posted December 8, 2003 Report Posted December 8, 2003 Pats Defense = Amazing Pats Offense = Disgunstingly overated
CanadianChris Posted December 8, 2003 Report Posted December 8, 2003 Jesus Christ, they're playing in a snowstorm. I was expecting a score like this.
KingPK Posted December 8, 2003 Report Posted December 8, 2003 Pats Offense = Disgunstingly overated Who said it was one of the best? The offense is enough to get things done.
Guest The Winter Of My Discontent Posted December 8, 2003 Report Posted December 8, 2003 Pats Offense = Disgunstingly overated Who said it was one of the best? The offense is enough to get things done. No I am just saying. They really aren't very good, so no one can call them the best team in the league.
KingPK Posted December 8, 2003 Report Posted December 8, 2003 They ARE (if this holds up) 7-0 against winning teams.

No I am just saying. They really aren't very good, so no one can call them the best team in the league. I never knew you needed a dazzling offence to be the best team in the league.

No I am just saying. They really aren't very good, so no one can call them the best team in the league. Who else would you consider the best team in the NFL? Only team I can think of is Indy. Tennessee isn't because they just got beaten by Indy and are now 9-5.

Well, the 2001 Rams had a very scary offense and went to the Super Bowl........oh wait. Whoa, even Brady punts better than Walter did.
Guest The Winter Of My Discontent Posted December 8, 2003 Report Posted December 8, 2003 They ARE (if this holds up) 7-0 against winning teams. Who cares about statistics?. Their defense won't have such an easy time against the Titans and Colts - their offense must get it together. They played terribly today. They should gotten a at least one touchdown. And as a side note, they haven't beat a healthy and confident Philadelphia Eagles. They are a completely different team now.
KingPK Posted December 8, 2003 Report Posted December 8, 2003 Pats have played and beaten both teams. They also scored 30+ points against them.

I never knew you needed a dazzling offence to be the best team in the league. It certainly helps. All I am saying is I'd call a well rounded team like the Eagles BETTER than the Pats. I wouldn't call the domnation of Jay Fiedler anything special.
tpww7 Posted December 8, 2003 Author Report Posted December 8, 2003 Um, didnt they already beat the Titans and Colts?
Slayer Posted December 8, 2003 Report Posted December 8, 2003 Tennessee isn't because they just got beaten by Indy and are now 9-5. 9-4 actually Not to mention the Colts actually beat them twice, which really negates an argument for them
fazzle Posted December 8, 2003 Report Posted December 8, 2003 Dear Buffalo Bills, Where the hell was this team in the middle of the season?! Love, Fazzle
Guest The Winter Of My Discontent Posted December 8, 2003 Report Posted December 8, 2003 Pats have played and beaten both teams. They also scored 30+ points against them. Yea, they beat the Eagles but McNabb, Dawkins, and Taylor were all injured. They were in disarray. Its a COMPLETELY different story now.
HarleyQuinn Posted December 8, 2003 Report Posted December 8, 2003 Pats already beat the Colts 38-34. Granted, close but the D held up at the end HUGE
CanadianChris Posted December 8, 2003 Report Posted December 8, 2003 Patriots SAFETY~! *does the Safety Dance*
KingPK Posted December 8, 2003 Report Posted December 8, 2003 Safety, and the snow flies again! Well, let's just say that the Pats are the best of the AFC, and the Eagles are the best of the NFC, mmkay?
Guest The Winter Of My Discontent Posted December 8, 2003 Report Posted December 8, 2003 And besides, ONE game in the middle of the year does not prove that another is better. I wouldn't go bonkers and call the Bengals better than the Chiefs because they beat them. I am simply stating that the Pats are not as good as everyone says. I'd still consider both the Colts and Titants favorites over the Pats....unless they are playing in snowy New England.
Slayer Posted December 8, 2003 Report Posted December 8, 2003 I'm curious if the Bankster actually believes what he's saying, or if he's just playing his usual crowd-rousing self Either way, I want to hear who you think is currently the best in the NFL, Banky
Guest The Winter Of My Discontent Posted December 8, 2003 Report Posted December 8, 2003 Safety, and the snow flies again! Well, let's just say that the Pats are the best of the AFC, and the Eagles are the best of the NFC, mmkay? I can say that. I'll say the Titans and Colts are quite close to the Pats....maybe a bit lower because they did lose to them. BUT, this game had more to do with Fiedler shooting himself in the foot than the Pats dominating them. They were in field goal range at least 3 times before Fiedler fucked it up.
