SpikeFayeJettEdBebop 0 Report post Posted December 9, 2003 I read the other post, but I felt as if I should make my own, because I didnt want to respond to a 3 page post(Prob. wont get noticed as much) and my situation is a bit different.First let me say that it started today, my CPU stays very high, 88-99% but usually doesn't get to 100%. It varies much but never goes under 88. Anyway, I have the standard Firewall on, plus I have been running Zone Alarm Pro for a few days(Since before this happened). I am running Ad-Aware now, and I'll run SpyBot in a few minutes(Along with Norton Anti-Virus). I havn't gotten any Windows Updates in 3-4 months I would say(Got em all before that). Lastly, it's at 91% and its under rundll32.exe . Please help me if you can, I appreciate it.
MrRant 0 Report post Posted December 9, 2003 Well first turn off the XP firewall as that is an issue. Second let us know what happens when you run Norton.
