A few months ago I would have said Jericho but, there a two main problems with that. One, for whatever reason Austin and Jericho don't work well together in the ring. Two, you just know Austin is going to go over when common sense points to Jericho.

If Austin has it left in him, a match with Lesnar would be sweet, but I don't think that's possible in the storylines. I don't want to see Austin win the WWE Title, because he's seen as a retiree now and it would devalue the strap. If HBK can still wrestle well, I think Austin probably can, and Austin/HBK would be fun to see. I would rather prefer if Austin didn't come back to wrestle, and just stayed retired. It was perfect that Austin put over The Rock. Ended THE feud of the "Attitude" era, and elevated the younger, stronger man.

WMXIX was decent, however it was the absolute stripped to the basics WWE 'finisher exchange' main event possible, Austin was only really required to take 3 rock bottoms and was visibly in sheer agony afterwards. I don't want to see him wrestle again, it was kind of sick to watch.
