Guest Posted December 19, 2003 Report Posted December 19, 2003 I shall nominate: Hogan and UT from Judgment Day last year. That was a horrible match.
Guest Moh Posted December 19, 2003 Report Posted December 19, 2003 I'D SAY THAT ANY MATCH ENVOLVING JAY LENNO, DENNIS RODMAN, KARL MALONE, THE 1-800-C-O-L-L-E-C-T GUY HAVE TO BE UP THERE AS THE MOST CRAPTASTIC.
Guest Moh Posted December 19, 2003 Report Posted December 19, 2003 OH I FORGOT- The HHH vs Goldberg match, Survivor Series 2003. HORRIBLE!!
Guest undisputedjericho Posted December 21, 2003 Report Posted December 21, 2003 Undertaker vs. Austin, Buried Alive Match from Rock Bottom. One of my most hated match's. Truely awful
Guest The Midnight Rocking Warrior Posted December 25, 2003 Report Posted December 25, 2003 Stephanie vs. Vince's buildup was the stupidest ever: " I can't believe my dad would hit me" Who here hasn't gotten their ass kicked by their dad before? HHH vs. Steiner at the royal rumble was the Gigli of pay per view matches this year.
Brocklock Posted December 26, 2003 Report Posted December 26, 2003 Hulk Hogan vs Ric Flair at Uncensored 2000. Worst Flair match ever.
Hogan Made Wrestling Posted December 26, 2003 Report Posted December 26, 2003 Buff Bagwell and Mean Gene vs. Kanyon and Mark Madden.
Guest Boo_Bradley Posted December 26, 2003 Report Posted December 26, 2003 Rock vs Taker from KOR (?) 99 20+ gawd awful mins And Kieth crapped all over Austin/Taker from last year- was it that bad?
Guest Man Of 1,004 Modes Posted December 27, 2003 Report Posted December 27, 2003 Rock vs Taker from KOR (?) 99 20+ gawd awful mins And Kieth crapped all over Austin/Taker from last year- was it that bad? If it was Backlash 2002, then yes, it was terrible...in a boring way. Giving them 25:00+ was not a good idea. I was looking at the clock every 30 seconds praying for it to end. I didn't even care who won, just to end it was good enough. Hogan/HHH made me happy though. But in a "Smark mode" it was another match that shouldn't have gotten 20+ minutes. But Hogan rules so WOO!
Just John Posted December 28, 2003 Report Posted December 28, 2003 Hulk Hogan vs Ric Flair at Uncensored 2000. Worst Flair match ever. Are you sure that wasn't 99? Maybe they had another at 2000, but I don't remember. However, I may just have to go with thier 99 cage match. It was a first blood match that continued for about 10 minutes after Flair was busted open. I think there was supposed to be some sort of double turn, but the acting/selling/announcing was so unclear that it confused everybody. Another choice could be Mark Henry vs. Viscera at NWO 2000. Thank god that only lasted 5 minutes, but that's 5 minutes that could have been added to Angle/Jericho, Hardyz/E+C, or HHH/Foley. Hell, those five minutes could have been better used on X-Pac/Kane or the 10-minute ass-kicking of Tazz by Bossman and Albert.

For some reason it was the main event instead of the Sid/Jarrett world title match. Both men looked horribly out of shape and was really long for these guys at 15 minutes. Maybe I have to rewatch it again, but I've always seemed to like their match at Uncensored 99. Another match that should be considered is Taker/Kane at Judgment Day 98.
deancoles Posted December 28, 2003 Report Posted December 28, 2003 Raven vs Regal at Invasion 01 was the most awful clash of styles i've ever seen.
Just John Posted December 28, 2003 Report Posted December 28, 2003 I don't know... Jeff Hardy and Regal had a horrible styles clash at Vengeance 02.
Guest Man Of 1,004 Modes Posted December 28, 2003 Report Posted December 28, 2003 Anyone v. Regal is a styles clash, doesn't mean a match was absolutely terrible.
deancoles Posted December 29, 2003 Report Posted December 29, 2003 Regal could fit in pretty well with the Smackdown roster.
Guest Jimbo Posted December 29, 2003 Report Posted December 29, 2003 well, someone has go to say it... Matt Stryker vs. BJ Whitmer - Final Battle 2003
Kardo Posted December 29, 2003 Report Posted December 29, 2003 Rock vs Taker from KOR (?) 99 20+ gawd awful mins And Kieth crapped all over Austin/Taker from last year- was it that bad? Yes, it's that bad. I mean brawl, brawl, hearing them call spots very easily. When Ric Flairs shoes are the focal point of a match you really have problems. (For those who haven't seen the match; he's wearing a normal ref uniform with BRIGHT red shoes)
Kahran Ramsus Posted December 29, 2003 Report Posted December 29, 2003 Sting vs. Vampiro in the Flaming Stuntman Match. Let's never speak of that tragedy again.
Hogan Made Wrestling Posted December 29, 2003 Report Posted December 29, 2003 Test vs Kane No Mercy 01 Well knock me over with a feather!
Kardo Posted December 29, 2003 Report Posted December 29, 2003 I actually thought Test vs. Kane was alright.
Guest Douche Posted December 29, 2003 Report Posted December 29, 2003 Until then, my pick is Stephanie McMahon vs Vince McMahon at this year's No Mercy event. It was a terrible match in itself, long and boring, and had the most obnoxious buildup for it that I've ever seen in any feud. The fact that the hype for No Mercy surrounded this match and had the worst PPV buyrate in years is a huge indication to just how much this match hurt the WWE. Let's not forget that it didn't go on last and even if you use the buildup excuse, the other matches that people DID know about didn't help the buyrate either... Kurt Angle defeated John Cena (18:24) via submission... United States Heavyweight Title Match: The Big Show pinned Eddie Guerrero (11:22) to win the title... World Heavyweight Title Match (Biker Chain Match): Brock Lesnar pinned The Undertaker (24:20) in a "Biker Chain" match to retain the title. People may not want to see Steph vs. Vince but they didn't wanna see Angle, Cena, Big Show, Eddy, Brock, or UT either.
Guest Douche Posted December 29, 2003 Report Posted December 29, 2003 Stephanie vs. Vince's buildup was the stupidest ever: " I can't believe my dad would hit me" Who here hasn't gotten their ass kicked by their dad before? That says A LOT about the neighborhood you live in. Most girls I know don't get hit by their dads at all, nevermind getting their asses beat. It's usually child abuse if you beat your children's ass. Spankings I've heard of but bodyslamming and clotheslining your daughter? I think Noble and Nidia moved out so there's an empty spot in the park for you and your dad.
Guest The Midnight Rocking Warrior Posted December 29, 2003 Report Posted December 29, 2003 I'd usually make a smart-ass comment, but how do you embarrass someone named Douche
Guest The Midnight Rocking Warrior Posted December 29, 2003 Report Posted December 29, 2003 Oh, by the way, my dad has never hit a woman in his life, hell, he's barely hit me. So I'd not comment on stuff you don't know about........... DOUCHE!
Robert Posted December 29, 2003 Report Posted December 29, 2003 The Reverand Shall Speak. I offically send in The Bahsams/APA from No Mercy! Maybe Warrior/Hemsley.
Guest Anglesault Posted December 29, 2003 Report Posted December 29, 2003 I actually thought Test vs. Kane was alright. No. It was a hideously boring shitfest that went on WAY too long with a stupid evil ref angle trying to take people's minds away from the shit they were seeing. The ladies TOTALLY outclassed them.
Henry Spencer Posted December 30, 2003 Report Posted December 30, 2003 WCW World War III 1998. The opening match, Wraith vs. Glacier, almost made me cry it was so bad. Since I can't think of another match to do that to me, that gets my vote.

Stacy Keibler/Torrie Wilson in a Lingerie Match...better than Kane/Test? Well, it has gotten more views by me if that counts otherwise, I don't remember either. Bring on Booker/Undertaker. LOL
