I actually enjoyed it and thought it was very interesting twist.

 

I kinda wish this was the storyline Bale had signed on for. Cause Bale, after seeing his performance in Equilibrium, is the perfect Batman.

I thought it was alright. Unless there's a sequel in the works, it seems a little stupid to me to put all that work into it and not give the story a proper ending of some sort. I still hold that MASK OF THE PHANTASM is the best, though. This is roughly 7 minutes of an alright fan-film.
