I reckon Daniels, though any X-Division wrestler would be fine . . . ie not Shane. His offence isn't X-Division enough for him to be champ I don't think.

I'm picking Sabin, just because I see Daniels and Low Ki as being past the X-title, and being more suited to an upper-midcard run. Honestly though, I'd love to see anyone take the title of Shane, but Sabin, to me, is most likely

Sabin. I think this whole thing will end with Sabin getting the belt and cutting some promo where he goes "I may have lost the belt in this match the first time, but I also got it back the second time." And then, of course, an awesome Daniels/Sabin feud occurs.

Wait...that would be what would happen were the booker intelligent and knew what the fans wanted. So, I guess Michael Shane will win and hold the belt until TNA's demise.

Lo Ki isn't getting it because he hasn't signed a contract and isn't reliable because of his Japan commitments. So he's out. I gotta believe this is when Michael Shane finally drops the belt, so I'm gonna rule him out too. It will be either Sabin or Daniels. The announcers have been mentioning how Daniels never won the X title, so I'm gonna go out on a limb and say the Fallen Angel gets it to sort of give him some direction. Sabin can chase him I guess.

The question is...who do you think will blow the first spot in Ultimate X 2? The people who put up the construction? Michael Shane? Low-Ki?

I think they've learned their mistake...they either just have to make the wire connect in the middle or just have the title on one wire. There will be a four way spot where they are all on the wire most likely...I just hope it doesn't collapse.

I'm picking Daniels.

The referee. I think the only referee in an X-Division match that has not fucked up some part of the match was that one bald, buff ref from the early weeks.

Ugh...Bryan, you'd hate it at TNS. Everybody seems to think Kazarian is great, despite the constant lack of connecting spots, and general valley where his charisma should be.

Ahem....Frankie Kazarian sucked, Ultimate X sucked the first time, and usually the second time sucks more.

Yikes, that place IS psychotic, you're right on that.

Now, for the ultimate question:

Who would you rather be X Champ? Kazarian (who has totally disappeared) or Shane?

The only time I liked Kazarian was when Styles nearly broke his neck with the Styles Clash.

How did Kazarian fuck up the positioning on that?! Styles has done the move hundreds, maybe thousands of times. I think he knows how to protect people from injury, considering he's done it off the top rope and off the ring apron to the floor sometimes.

The only reason the belt fell is because the geniuses wrapped it around both poles, so when someone was hanging from the bottom pole, the pole bent down enough where it pulled the belt off the other one. I pointed this out to my friend the second the match started. All they have to do is just wrap it around 1 pole and it won't come off, as I think they did after the 2nd time it came off.

I thought the first one was pretty good. I'm surprised at how many people thought it sucked.

Many thought it sucked because it was rather boring. Kazarian and Shane aren't too good in the ring, and Sabin had to do most of the work. Not to disrespect Sabin, because I love his work, but he's not at the level where he can carry somebody, let alone two, in a match.

The belt falling killed the match though. It gave it such a minor league feel though. I wasn't the biggest fan of the match but I was surprised how much people shat on it though.

Wow after reading the responses I was surprised at the hatred toward this match.

I didn't think it was great by any strech, especially after reading SK's over top positive review, but I did think it was an interesting idea and the output was good, for a first time.

I agree, I think expectations were just really high. Clip out the belt falling and it's a real good match. Remember, it was a totally new concept and I think they did good with it. One thing I like about TNA is they like coming up with new and unique gimmick matches which can create intrigue on their own.

Actually, my expectations were low. I've hated Kazarian since his third TNA match, and never thought of Michael Shane as anything special.

Well, you do have admitted personal biases against 2/3rds of the match...
