Cartman Posted January 3, 2004 Report Posted January 3, 2004 The Titans are the weakest team on the AFC side of the playoffs, so I don't want to see them around another week. ...and yet they are better than most of the NFC playoff teams.
Guest pinnacleofallthingsmanly Posted January 3, 2004 Report Posted January 3, 2004 And that's why he just killed George a few plays ago? That was his only tackle. He's been blocked on every other play.
Guest Salacious Crumb Posted January 3, 2004 Report Posted January 3, 2004 I'd take the Eagles or Packers over the Titans. And the Seahawks at home.
Kahran Ramsus Posted January 3, 2004 Report Posted January 3, 2004 The Titans are the weakest team on the AFC side of the playoffs, so I don't want to see them around another week. ...and yet they are better than most of the NFC playoff teams. True.
ANKLELOCK Posted January 3, 2004 Report Posted January 3, 2004 Erm. Weakest as in worst? Or more of a finesse team?
Guest Salacious Crumb Posted January 3, 2004 Report Posted January 3, 2004 Erm. Weakest as in worst? Or more of a finesse team? Weakest as in any of the other 5 teams could beat them.
Guest pinnacleofallthingsmanly Posted January 3, 2004 Report Posted January 3, 2004 The Tennessee running back just fucked up that potential 3rd down conversion. McNair could have scrambled for that if he makes the block.
Kahran Ramsus Posted January 3, 2004 Report Posted January 3, 2004 Erm. Weakest as in worst? Or more of a finesse team? They are not as good as New England, Denver, Kansas City, Indianapolis or Baltimore. That would make them the weakest in the AFC.
Guest pinnacleofallthingsmanly Posted January 3, 2004 Report Posted January 3, 2004 Come on Tennessee stack the line!
CanadianChris Posted January 3, 2004 Report Posted January 3, 2004 Think Billick is ever going to get away from the run a bit?
ANKLELOCK Posted January 3, 2004 Report Posted January 3, 2004 Any team can beat any other team. The Titans could beat any team in the league. Maybe with the exception of the Pats in Foxboro. To say they are the worst is absolute lunacy.
Guest Salacious Crumb Posted January 3, 2004 Report Posted January 3, 2004 Think Billick is ever going to get away from the run a bit? I guess he's trying to open the defense up for him but I'm guessing he's gone insane like he did post-Super Bowl.
Kahran Ramsus Posted January 3, 2004 Report Posted January 3, 2004 Any team can beat any other team. I will grant you that. But the Titans would win fewer times than the other teams in the same position. That makes them the weakest.
Guest pinnacleofallthingsmanly Posted January 3, 2004 Report Posted January 3, 2004 The Ravens didn't get away from the run this whole season, that's why they were dead last in passing.
ANKLELOCK Posted January 3, 2004 Report Posted January 3, 2004 They are not as good as New England, Denver, Kansas City, Indianapolis, or Baltimore......... Surrrrre
CanadianChris Posted January 3, 2004 Report Posted January 3, 2004 Any team can beat any other team. The Titans could beat any team in the league. Maybe with the exception of the Pats in Foxboro. To say they are the worst is absolute lunacy. Every team in the AFC is clearly better than the Ravens on paper. The Ravens are not clearly better than any AFC team on paper. Ergo, the Ravens are the weakest team on the AFC half of the draw.
Guest Salacious Crumb Posted January 3, 2004 Report Posted January 3, 2004 They are not as good as New England, Denver, Kansas City, Indianapolis, or Baltimore......... Surrrrre They've already lost to 2 of the teams in the playoffs, one they lost not once to but twice.
Guest pinnacleofallthingsmanly Posted January 3, 2004 Report Posted January 3, 2004 I will grant you that. But the Titans would win fewer times than the other teams in the same position. That makes them the weakest. Oh come on. The fucking BENGALS almost beat the Ravens for their division. Let's not forget the fact the Titans are shitting on the Ravens right now.
Guest pinnacleofallthingsmanly Posted January 3, 2004 Report Posted January 3, 2004 Eddie George is going to outrush Jamal Lewis in this game.

Yeah and it's still tied.
ANKLELOCK Posted January 3, 2004 Report Posted January 3, 2004 The ONLY team in the AFC that is Probably better than the Titans are the Pats. And before you say Indy beat them. Well, lets just say flukes happen. And anyone that watched that games knows what I'm talking about. As in the Titans fumbling FOUR punt returns including the one that sealed it. And Indy having about 22 MINUTES worth of straight possession due to fumbled punts, the half, and onside kick.
Guest pinnacleofallthingsmanly Posted January 3, 2004 Report Posted January 3, 2004 The Ravens have mustered fifteen yards on offense. The Titans are marching the ball down the field. McNair can throw all the interceptions he wants to as long as they don't happen on the wrong side of the field.
CanadianChris Posted January 3, 2004 Report Posted January 3, 2004 Picked off again. He needed to score with it, though...Baltimore's not going to score anything starting from their own 35.
the pinjockey Posted January 3, 2004 Report Posted January 3, 2004 I thought the other co-MVP was supposed to be the one choking this weekend?
ANKLELOCK Posted January 3, 2004 Report Posted January 3, 2004 WOW The Titans are KILLING the Ravens in yards but two turnovers in Raven territory are killing them.

Guest Salacious Crumb Posted January 3, 2004 Report Posted January 3, 2004 Who care's if the Titans march it down the field all day if McNair keeps throwing INTs. And the Colts beating the Titans wasn't a fluke. Typically flukes don't sweep other teams during the season.
Guest FrigidSoul Posted January 3, 2004 Report Posted January 3, 2004 As the Ravens pick off one half of the co-MVPs(rolls eyes) all I have to say is this. Whichever team advances in this game is going to be hurting big time when it comes to RB and the front defensive 4. Both teams are running it alot so the front defensive 4 on both sides are just getting bumped up, difference is the Titans are knocking Jamal down everytime and it now looks like Eddie George is gone.
