Speaking of Shadows of the Empire, I actually really liked the novel and wish they had just gone and made a movie for that, although it wouldn't have been logical for the obvious reasons.

So is Christensen believe it or not.  Unfortunately this role might very well kill his career before he really gets going. 

I doubt that, mainly do to the fact that Christensen has mainly worked in indie films and will more than likely return to the indie film genre once the Prequels wrap up.

 

BTW you guys need to watch the film Christensen did recently that was based upon the NY Times plagerist scandal? It's a great performance and one that shows that he can act when given a script that isn't written by Lucas and the rest of the pussy yes-men he employs....

The dialogue was crappy? I got news for you. So was the dialogue in the original trilogy. And the acting wasn't exactly top notch either. The story and just the overall feel is what makes us all watch it.

The only thing I didn't like about Star Wars Episode I was them trying to explain the Jedi in a scientific manner.......metachlorins or something. I hated that.

I hated that too. The other thing I hated was that Anakin was just lucky when he blew up the space station. It should have been skill not luck. This guy is the future Darth Vader for crying out loud.

I used to be like "The Original Trilogy is Gospel" and "Prequels Suck". Then like a lightning bolt, it hit me after watching all the films in order in one sitting... It's the same story teller and there's no difference between the originals and the prequels. Only difference in your mind, Yoda said something like that.

 

And SotE rocked. Prince Xizor was by far the second best EU villian. The first? Thrawn
