The Joker is shown with some cards in his hand, two of which have Batman and Robin on them individually (or maybe just Batman). The Joker also has this really evil smile (similar to the cover of when the Joker is taking pictures of Batgirl after he shot her) Any idea what issue I'm talking about? It's pretty generic. I can help you in finding it: -It's not an Legends of the Dark Knight cover, they almost never do Joker stories. -'89 was a BIG year for the Joker - The cover wasn't part of the 1992 KnightFall storyline so you can eliminate that year as well.
