Just because a mod loathes someone doesn't mean that they're going to abandon their better judgment and spare the whole rest of the board and the rulebook. Trying to win a meaningless feud by banning someone or otherwise always using the same side of your judgment with them would only make the mod feel weak as hell soon afterward anyway, seeing as they did nothing to actually establish their superiority to the opposing member and are just hiding behind a borrowed power.
