Jake Roberts has starved Damien to death

Recommended Posts

I also thought Damien was dead, and that Jake replaced it with the bright yellow snake, Rrevelations. I think he debuted it back when he became religious when he returned to WWE to be in the KOTR, and all of that.

Then again, at the Legends of Wrestling show, didn't he have Damien there?

This is the full report that I recieved -

The UK Sun details Jake "The Snake" Roberts being prosecuted for starving his pet python to death. The article says RSPCA inspectors seized the 12 foot Damien after a tip-off that he was being neglected at the ex-WWF star's home in London Colney, Herts. The Burmese python died days later. Roberts, now 50 years old, denies he caused unnecessary suffering to the animal. He could be jailed six months. - Credit: PWTorch.com

Not looking good for ol' Jake. Too bad about Damian.

So from that article, I take it he lives in the UK now?

He runs a wrestling school in Hertfordshire. He refereed a FWA match once too.

First today and following up on a storyfrom Issue #166... I've received an email from Jake "The Snake" Roberts in England. Jake informs me that the claims made about him in The Sun newspaper are completely false. Apparently it was Jake who called the RSPCA to his house because the python he was handling wasn't taking food. In fact the python the RSPCA took away and later died wasn't even Jake's. He was taking care of it for someone else. Take that for what you will.

And the plot thickens..

Jake hasn't been known to lie in the past, so this is probably true.
