Guest Man Of 1,004 Modes Posted February 21, 2004 Report Posted February 21, 2004 Vince: Here's what's gonna happen Bruno. You're gonna be the last star to come out. After a few minutes, Evolution's music will hit and Randy Orton will come out. Now, we have to ask you to please, please PLEASE not make it obvious and adjust your hearing aid. That really is the reaction that one of our most pushed stars is getting. Now, he's gonna come in and RKO Billy Graham and Bobby Heenan. You'll charge him, but he'll fell you with one punch and... *click* Vince: Bruno? Bruno? I think Bruno would hang up the second he said "Evolution".
Guest Posted February 21, 2004 Report Posted February 21, 2004 I think Bruno would ask what Evolution is first.
JMFabiano524 Posted February 21, 2004 Report Posted February 21, 2004 Hopefully Bret turns it down as well. If he did I would shed no tears, as he owes WWE NOTHING. For the most part I doubt he has any real friends there, and they DO have 7 years of exploiting to make up for.
Scroby Posted February 21, 2004 Report Posted February 21, 2004 Is this even gonna be televised at all, or all just behind closed doors? You know to be honest I think Bruno woul just look at Orton and tell him, I'll ruin your career if you try to upstage me.

Guest Dynamite Kido Posted February 21, 2004 Report Posted February 21, 2004 Good for Bruno. I am glad he won't get pimped by Vince and just do the HOF ceremony. Vince actually tried to block Bruno from making it into the MSG Hall of Fame, so I don't blame him for not wanting to be a part of the WWE's HOF.
Dangerous A Posted February 22, 2004 Report Posted February 22, 2004 Good for Bruno as well. He doesn't owe Vince Jr fucking shit. If Bruno is holding a grudge because he didn't push his son David, then that's on Bruno. Personally, I think Bruno lives in a time capsule and doesn't like what Vince Jr did to the WWF/E. If Bruno chooses to not move on with the times, that's up to him. With that said, why should Bruno want to be in a WWE Hall of Fame in the first place? WWE will just shit on it anyways. You hear all the people afraid as soon as they introduce this thing that it's just a stepping stone to get Evolution or some angle over. Why should Bruno want to be a part of that? If Bruno is there and accepts an induction, he's endorsing it and allowing a part of himself to be privy to the future shitting on that we all know will happen with a concept like the Hall of Fame. WWE holds nothing sacred. Why should Bruno think this is any different? It's not like Vince Jr has done anything to convince him or any of the fans otherwise. What, because it's WMXX? Please.
TheOriginalOrangeGoblin Posted February 22, 2004 Report Posted February 22, 2004 That would funny when Randy tries to give Bruno the RK-Blow and Bruno breaks his arm. JR: Oh my god the legend killer has arrived!! What can Bruno do against the great Randy Orton, what can he do... *loud scream* Tazz: Looks like to me he just broke Orton's arm... Bruno doesn't break a sweat while Orton's on the ground crying. As all the WWE guys rush to Orton's aid to help "the next Rock", Bruno gives a nice, little speech.
Guest Anglesault Posted February 22, 2004 Report Posted February 22, 2004 That alone would make Mania a thumbs up.
Guest Man Of 1,004 Modes Posted February 23, 2004 Report Posted February 23, 2004 That alone would make Mania a thumbs up. What would make it the best show ever? Bruno nearly paralyzing Orton without breaking a sweat?
Vern Gagne Posted February 23, 2004 Report Posted February 23, 2004 The actual ceremony is being held on Saturday night.
Lil' Bitch Posted February 23, 2004 Report Posted February 23, 2004 Didn't they have a WWE Hall of Fame the night before SSeries in 96 as well? I can't think of any other times the ceremony was held. Jericho, Benoit, Storm, Edge, Kurt Angle...All friends of Bret. We can't leave out Test. What about Val though?
