Actually I think Holly is useful in a Velocity main event/Smackdown JTTS role. I objected to his Rumble push because he may have been the best booked face in a World title match EVER (no exaggeration), and it culminated in a six and a half minute squash loss. Brock was made to look like a pussy bitch for two months all for nothing. He's not like Bradshaw whose mere presence is annoying.
