Guest glennsoe Report post Posted March 10, 2004 this thing brings back mmories of the "old wcw" he he For those who watched "Monday Night Wars" on dvd the "wwe guys" keeps saying that the reason wcw went under was because they didn't build new stars that could take over when the "older main eventers" left or got injured This is just what's happening in the wwe after mania, 4-7 guys will be leaving and MANY are ine "upper mid card or higher" spots, and no one seems to be stepping up to the plate.. I Blame management and the HHHMcMahon cliq

Lightning Flik 0 Report post Posted March 10, 2004 Well everyone gets what they want....new stars so quit bitchin. There can be only new stars if old stars are around to make them. If not, you get WCW2000 again. they'll prolly have to reform DX to save the company eh prof. chaos?.... I think what chaorage was saying snuff, is that unless there are older guys to put over the younger talent as the guys the marks should be regarding as the stars, we end up with how WCW in 2000 couldn't get a single pop going in damned crowd. It took nearly a year to make Booker T and Steiner look good enough that people could once again rally behind them (with boos or cheers). And frankly, it was just regular pops, nothing like what would normally be heard on WWF at the same time with Austin or the Rock.

jester 0 Report post Posted March 10, 2004 Besides those given their pushes before hand and those that the company desperately is force feeding us, it most likely will revert to the old guard being on top for a very long time. EXACTLY. Whether you think Brock is a big crybaby or whoo! sticking it to that asshole Vince, there are going to be some seriously negative consequences. BTW, doesn't Vince look like a FUCKING GENIUS for not letting Benoit get that final win over Lesnar? To think that WMXX could have been Benoit/Lesnar for the championship with some skillful booking, and with Brock leaving Benoit would have the belt for sure. You're fucking brilliant Vince. Why don't you go and form the Xtreme Hockey League or something next? Ass.

Forming another American hockey league should the NHL go under would be genius, actually. Possibly. But not if if Vince McMahon was in charge of it. These days, if Vince set up a liquor store in a neighborhood of alcoholics, he'd find a way to fuck it up.

Guest Man Of 1,004 Modes Report post Posted March 10, 2004 Or sign Abyss and the Outsiders. Then Abyss will have a lw suit on his hand. He signed a contract with TNA that prevents him from going to WWF. And why would Vince sign back NASH. AND Hall?!
