Double Four-Ways

Since there are two Fatal Four Way Tag Matches tonight, would it be in thier best interests to make one elimination, and to make one "one fall to a finish"? even have each brand pick and stick with the certain type of match, which would add uniqueness to both matches.

No, the WWE would rather have the crowd chant "Boring" for whichever one comes second.

I don't think making a relatively small stipulation change like that is going to stop either of these matches being anything more than filler. Although personally I much prefer elimination-style matches, so yes it would be nice.

I like your idea, thetrendsetter, but which one?

I doubt neither the APA nor Rikishi has the conditioning to hang in for a long match, so I'd make that one the "one fall to a finish", and make the other one elimination.

Well, let them get eliminated first...B-)

And yeah, sounds like a terrific idea.

Both the APA and Rikishi can't be eliminated first.

Since the teams on the Raw match are better (except for TWGTT), so they should get more time.

I'd rather see the Smackdown match as the elimination one. I don't think conditioning would play much of a role in a tag match involving so many men, (and bear in mind a 'long match' for something like this is 15-20 minutes) and Rikishi is never in the ring for very long anyway.

Edit: Why can't the APA get eliminated first, Y2Jerk? They're only forever semi-over because of their gimmick, getting eliminated first (in some sort of heelish fashion, no doubt) isn't going to hurt them any.

I'm not sure how over the APA are with the NY crowd, but regardless I don't see a problem with having them eliminated first (in this hypothetical match, no less). They still get the initial pop, and 5-10 minutes of ring time to work the crowd, and hopefully some subsequent heat for the heels who eliminate them.

Besides, you'll still have Scotty, and Rikishi's ass (which IMO is more over than the APA with live crowds) in the match.

Smackdown has better workers in the tag match...Give them the elimination Match...While The Raw teams all suck and they would need the "drama" of the one pin fall only aspect...

They should make the Raw Tag Team match a tables match. It would make it interesting as opposed to mostly a borefest. Besides, we haven't had a tables match in a little while.

Royal Rumble.

For the Raw Match Just have The Green Team job like in 20 seconds...Dudleyz keep the crowd alive for 5-7 minutes but Le Rez cheats and RVD/Booker retain with a "hot" segment.

As for the Smackdown Match, Let APA entertain the marks for 5-8 minutes, Throw out Bashams early and have a 10-15 minute Memphis Old School tag match with S2H playing Morton and then WGTT gets the win.

They can, but I'm just saying that they'll have to also eliminate Rikishi fairly quickly.

By that point you've eliminated two teams within a couple of minutes, which totally kills the drama of the match.

The only team worth a shit in the Smackdown side are TWGTT.

Raw at least has two.

Again...WGTT/2COOL in a straight up 15 minute match would have owned.
