Downhome 0 Report post Posted March 23, 2004 I want to find the poster where Carey and Winslet are on the ice, of Eternal Sunshine. I haven't found it anywhere cheaper than about $25. This may sound stupid, but what is the best way that you guys have found to hang a poster up. If it's a frame, where can I get a good low priced one? If it's something else, then what? Nighthawk 0 Report post Posted March 23, 2004 I've been trying to get all 11 (including F vs J) Friday the 13th posters myself, and haven't had much luck. I haven't looked too hard yet though. You can find perfectly decent poster frames at Walmart, cheap like everything else there.

Guest El Satanico Report post Posted March 23, 2004 The frames at WalMart are really good. $16 or so for the really nice ones. do you know if the frames at Walmart are 27 by 40, because that's the size you need for modern original film posters. http://www.nostalgia.com/
Nighthawk 0 Report post Posted March 23, 2004 Walmart has all different sized frames.
Guest El Satanico Report post Posted March 23, 2004 That doesn't mean they have 27 by 40. I've looked at many stores like Walmart that had lots of different sizes and none of them had 27 by 40.
Nighthawk 0 Report post Posted March 23, 2004 Well, I have movie posters in Walmart frames, so I know they do.

MoviePosters.com has the original Blazing Saddles for $75.. so I'll be looking for reprints I think.
Guest El Satanico Report post Posted March 23, 2004 If there's an money issue, I could've told you from the start that you'd have to go with reproductions for most of Brooks' films. Ebay is great for reproductions That's great to know that Walmart actually has them, I only knew of one store locally that sold them.
The Amazing Rando 0 Report post Posted March 23, 2004 I have my Clerks poster in a 27x40 frame that I bought at Walmart ... the tag specifically said "PERFECT FOR MOVIE POSTERS" on it. and it fits lovely (even though the frame itself is plastic and plexiglass...it looks good. I think you need to take a closer look at the product details. That's a small 11 by 27 poster. It's an original, but if you're wanting the regular sized posters this isn't what you're looking for. Guest I Got Banned for Sucking Report post Posted March 25, 2004 Toowoomba videostores often want to get rid of some of their old posters, thus putting them in a box for you to take for free. But before that started happening more, a Video Ezy would sell them for $2.
