3 guys being brought up...

Recommended Posts

Guest hunger4unger

Kenzo Suzuki is being brought up to the main WWE roster and will be working the RAW brand as a sidekick of Tajiri.

Mike Busci, formerly Nova in ECW, is being brought up and should be doing his 80's gimmick that he has been doing in OVW and at recent WWE dark matches.

Nick Dinsmore who has been in OVW for what seems like an age, is going to be recording vignettes shortly in preparation for his TV debut. He is expected to debut on TV towards the end of April.

I liked the old Nova gimmick but hey he's a talented guy and an 80's gimmick sounds like a riot.

Well, Suzuki is such a MEDIOCRE wrestler I couldn't care less about him. Tajiri? Their putting him with Tajiri??? Does he always need a friggin sidekick? How stupid.....

That was quick for Suzuki. Wasn't he only in OVW and dark matches for what about a month in a half? I sense another Nathen Jones.

Ugh...Nova...

Suzuki better have improved a whole hell of a lot. I don't see him as a WWE style worker at all, so I'm guessing he's just gonna be Tajiri's bodyguard.

You're being WAY too kind there.

Good to see Dinsmore finally getting a chance to show what a great worker he is.

I don't know......

He's a pretty generic power wrestler. That seems to fit the WWF style pretty well. Hopefully he's learned how to work a match without using the spear 5 or 6 times by now.

I like Nova. And he's a nice enough guy out of the ring. At the indy and ECW shows I've been to he was always good about talking and signing for fans.

And I've liked what little of Dinsmore I've seen.

Well. Nova's uses "Novacane" which is like Kayon's "Flatliner." And he also used "The Kryponite Krunch." Which he "borrowed" from Mike Modest (Modest had it first, the WWF footage of Beyond The Mat predated Nova using it)

Although I don't know about a new finsher, if he's using one or will.

Right, I doubt he'd use the Kryptonite Krunch since it's a head-dropping kinda dangerous move. Flatliner sounds like what he'll use, since Kanyon is gone.

Suzuki favored a backdrop suplex which I'm pretty sure the WWF won't let him use so expect the spear, powerbomb of some kind or a spinebuster.

Say what you will about Kenzo Suzuki...

But at the Smackdown I was at in Atlantic City (Lesnar's Last Smackdown...for now anyway)...he was over when he beat Billy Gunn.

Atlantic City hated Billy Gunn, making Kenzo popular.

And I assume Bucci will be in the cruiser division on Smackdown anyways. Wonder what role they'll use Dinsmore in.

I hop he's keeping the "Mr. Wrestling" gimmick myself.

True...

But even though Bradshaw got a good cheer, the crowd there marked for Horshu when he came out.

Atlantic City is a weird place. And I know, cause I work there.

I'll vouch for that. I stayed there overnight after an ROH show and we got lost heading towards the highway, drove literally 30 seconds away from the casinos and were in the slums. We even saw a drug deal! Wacky!

Our of curiousity, can someone tell me what all these guys use as a finisher?

Nick Dinsmore's finisher is a bridging German Suplex.

I'm confused. How do so many of you know Kenzo Suzuki?

I was unfortunate enough to see him wrestle a craptacular match against Perry Saturn at the TNA one year anniversary show.

Oh, and watch they bring Nova in as either a friend/new sidekick/mentor to The Hurricane.

I think that would rock. Give them a silly super team name, have Rosie be their backup and set them lose on the tag divison.

Wait a second... I thought that guy was Sakoda in the Kyo-Dai, which would mean that he was already on the main roster.

If Suzuki isn't Sakoda, then who is Sakoda?

Sakoda was wrestling in Ultimate Pro Wrestling(UPW), before his WWE/OVW days.....

Sakoda is Keiji Sakoda, he used to wrestle in UPW.
