Guest Dynamite Kido Report post Posted April 8, 2004 It already looks better than the dreadful show that we were treated to this week.
Placebo Effect 0 Report post Posted April 8, 2004 Card looks good. Everything is at least based off an angle instead of randomly throwing shit together.
Guest Real F'n Show Report post Posted April 8, 2004 No Triple X? I probably won't order this one, but I'll wait and see what else gets added.
Placebo Effect 0 Report post Posted April 13, 2004 Let's not forget that admist all the ROH/TNA bullshit, there is a show tomorrow night...
Michrome 0 Report post Posted April 13, 2004 Methinks they are having some problems with Chris. Anyway, the show looks decent, though I don't think Kazarian vs. Dutt will be very good at all. Should be interesting to see if Raven continues his horrible singles matches streak. People always say I rip TNA without giving suggestions, so here is a way to get someone like me to buy this show without giving away too much. Advertise the following tag match: AJ Styles/Ron Killings vs. Low Ki/Christopher Daniels. Let these guys open up the show and tear down the house in a 20 minute tag match. Keep killings on the outside for hot tag spots, and let the other 3 work their magic...it's nearly a surefire ***1/2-**** match unless something bad happens. You don't have to end it clean, it plays off the storylines of both tenuous relationships, and you can easily run a postmatch angle to further storylines, all while giving people like me the action we want. Why oh why is this so hard? I continue to wonder who TNA is marketing to. If the product is going to be a clean product on FSN, a sports channel, I can think of nothing better than letting these athletes show how awesome they are. Guest Man Of 1,004 Modes Report post Posted April 13, 2004 To show I can be anti-TNA, I can safely say there's no cance in hell of TNA doing something like that unless it's a 8-Man elimination tag that comes down to two people.
Michrome 0 Report post Posted April 13, 2004 Yes, because god knows good wrestling will never gain them any wrestling viewers.
Styles 0 Report post Posted April 14, 2004 Still torn on this one. Since I'm at school I would need to wait a couple days to recieve the tape...so maybe I'll pass on the live show but check in to read reviews and maybe get the replay...
Guest What_ever Report post Posted April 14, 2004 I'll be getting this show. I'm really liking Monte Brown. Not only because he formerly played on my fave football team... but because he's interesting on the mic, a great look, and put on a really fun match 2 weeks ago. I'm expecting the same this week. Harris/Raven should be good... but I don't see Harris winning. He's such a cutie, and I'd love to see him get the title. Although, Raven wouldn't be bad either. As long as it's not Jarrett. BoboBrazil 0 Report post Posted April 14, 2004 Raven deserves the title, plus they could play up the fact of him winning it exactly 1 year after losing a match for it, but they've been building Chris Harris to win it, with him having to fight for his shot, people saying he isn't ready, etc. Raven should be champion when they go on FSN though imo.
