I haven't seen the skit, but there is an old song by Three Six Mafia called "Ass and Titties." The chorus goes, "Ass and titties / ass and titties / ass and titties / and big booty bitches." Clever wordplay, I know.

Thats not what was playing during that sketch though. I too was trying to figure out that song for some reason.

Yeah, it was a dance/techno song. Not even close to rap.

 

Anyway, while searching for the lyrics, I came across a George Michael song by the name of 'Freek.' I didn't bother downloading it to see, but the music heard fits in with his style and it makes sense that Chappelle's Show would use something by him because, well, you know.

When Dave was thinking about becoming a rapper, how did his song go? All I remember is the really loud, overemphasized "SON!" at the end.

I'm not going to say this is word-for-word, but it's something like "How you gonna rip it like this son? How you gonna rip it like that son?" And then, as he's thinking about having a gimmick, he says (Near guess here) "I'm the black sheep, the real black sheep."
