TNA paying for missed ROH dates

Eh, I have far less problems with this now that TNA is paying the guys for the shows that they are missing. But it leads me to wonder why they let their guys go to Japan then for tours for a few months at a time. Is there any reason TNA couldn't call those promotions competitors as well and make sure that they'll always have Low Ki and Daniels around?

Other than that, the only "concerns" I have center around ROH giving these guys generally higher profiles on the card than TNA but thats only for selfish reasons on my part.

Since we're on topic of Samoa Joe, does anyone actually know how much he weighs? For a big guy I've heard lots of praise for him. And what style does he wrestle?

Well, I've seen limited amounts of his work, but from what I have seen, he works a stiff striking style. A lot of punches, kicks and palm strikes. He "no sold" a lot too...as if he was "fighting off the pain" instead of like how the Undertaker does it.

I saw a Ring of Honor match between him and Low Ki that was pretty good. It would've been a lot better if the finish would've came off better. Basically they just beat the hell out of each other and Ki won after Joe was exhausted and collapsed.

Joe is big, but he's not obese. I mean, the Ring of Honor title still fits around his waist. He's not like Yokozuna big, or even Rikishi big. From what I have found, he's listed at 280lbs. He's about Jean-Pierre size if I had to compare his body mass to someone.

You can check out his profile and some pics and shit here.

It's been a while since i saw it but that match was really quite good, i loved that finish... and Joe no selling some of Ki's offense was great.... that is how you no sell stuff, not this Hogan bullshit... I think it was the 1st Glory By Honor in 2002 or around then anyway...

The finish was good in theory, but the final blow barely glanced Joe, so it looked bad to me.
