The Television From Heck! Heffer tries to come up with an idea to grow stuff in Rockos lawn, screams out fertalizer, and whatever was in his mouth covers Rocko. When they go to the supermarket for the 99% off sale, Rocko goes balistic on Philbert when the clock changes to 12:00 right when he pressed the sale total and it comes up $150 (I think). Isn't it funny that when you forget something and are reminded of it, more comes back to you later? Anyway, I got it wrong - it just had M15+-classified VHS videos (and DVDs?) released.
