Guest slacklet Report post Posted April 23, 2004 http://www.impactwrestling.com/content.aspx?snum=1483 A press release sent to fans going to the Wachovia Center in Philadelphia on May 22 for a WWE event either lists a major spoiler or a big typo. Here is a paragraph from it: This special night of live professional wrestling, being billed as “Wrestlemania Revenge,” also features a special tag-team match between Shawn Michaels and Randy Orton against Shelton Benjamin and Batista. Other superstars scheduled to appear include Chris Jericho vs. Christian; Edge vs. Kane; Rhyno vs. Rob Conway; Eugene vs. Test; Steven Richards vs. Garrison Cade; Victoria vs. Molly Holly; and Hurricane vs. Sly. I wouldn't look much into this although it is possible. With Triple H gone, the possibility of an Evolution break-up is greater and it has been rumored. Interesting. TheFranchise 0 Report post Posted April 23, 2004 Typo, they wouldn't turn TWO out of those four wrestlers within a month.
Guest webmasterofwrestlegame Report post Posted April 23, 2004 I think its a typo. I would expect Maven to come in with Orton if HH goes on an extended leave.
Downhome 0 Report post Posted April 23, 2004 Or it could be correct, and it's just a case of them making the match "interesting".
Ultra Violence 0 Report post Posted April 23, 2004 I think its a typo. I would expect Maven to come in with Orton if HH goes on an extended leave. I thought it would be HBK, Orton, Maven and Batista....
Lil' Bitch 0 Report post Posted April 23, 2004 Its just a house show line-up, I wouldn't worry about it. Edit: Who? Probably a typo. I'm guessing its Grenier.
haVoc 0 Report post Posted April 23, 2004 "Hurricane vs. Sly." Who?
iliketurtles 0 Report post Posted April 23, 2004 I could see HHH getting hurt and Orton taking over Evolution and saying no new members. But then Shelton shocks everyone and helps Batista and Flair win a match and they try to convice that since Shelton beat HHH twice, he's going to be an even bigger star than he is and that they want him in the group. If you can't beat him, join him (Flair and Batista). Orton will have none of it...then the 3 beat his ass and put him out of the group and Orton turns babyface. Possible, but more than likely a typo. chaosrage 0 Report post Posted April 23, 2004 It's more likely that Shawn would turn heel. Could Batista be a face?
Guest slacklet Report post Posted April 23, 2004 "Hurricane vs. Sly." Who? Ticketmaster lists him as "Sly Grenier".

iliketurtles 0 Report post Posted April 23, 2004 Thinking about it, HBK would be SO much better off on Smackdown then turing heel and staying on Raw. SD is in dying need of something intresting and I think Michaels over there would be great because it would add some new faces for him to wrestle. Remember, he's been on Raw since he came back in the summer of 2002. HBK as heel at this point is kind of bleh because he's had so many good matches that even people like me (who fucking hated his guts) is now a fan because he still is that great in the ring. It's almost like he's in the catagory of Hogan and Austin...you'll never be able to turn them 100% heel again. HBK's even getting cheered at times in Canada. And besides that, heel HBK on Raw...who's he get to feud with that he hasn't already in the past 2 years or so? Maybe Edge/HBK, but I'd rather see Edge as the heel. dubq 0 Report post Posted April 23, 2004 I'd rather see Edge as the heel. Hell yes. Or even better, a smarmy heel alliance between Edge, Christian & Trish [plus Tyson] would be cool too.
Guest DarthLordOfWrestling Report post Posted April 23, 2004 I think they should have the suicide blondes come back overtime.
Art Sandusky 0 Report post Posted April 23, 2004 You people do realize that "Wrestlemania Revenge" is just the name of the current crop of house shows, right? The ones over the summer will probably be "Ruthless Summer Aggression" or something. They attach special names to house shows, to make them seem like band tours or something. iliketurtles 0 Report post Posted April 23, 2004 I think last year was suppose to be Booker T's "Wrestlemania Revenge", or at least that's what they hyped all the house shows as.

I remember my first live WWF event back in 1994 was part of the "Heart Attack Tour"
Guest wrestlingbs Report post Posted April 24, 2004 Im surprised that no one noticed the REAL spoiler from that house show line up........TEST IS GONNA JOB TO A RETARD!! He did the same when he feuded with Steiner. Batista would be a horrible face. I think he's like Christian: only over as a heel.
