Guest glennsoe Report post Posted April 25, 2004 * Don't know if this is a real inerview or just a hoax - but i'll post it anyways The following is a recap of Goldberg On 'The World's Greatest Sports Show'. The hosts were totally oblivious to the fact that Goldberg is no longer with WWE. They kept asking him about how his time with the WWE is going, etc." Goldberg was asked, "How's your relationship with Vince McMahon?" Goldberg (with a “You dumbass!” look on his face): “Uh, we don’t have one.” Goldberg was asked: “Who's worse, Vince McMahon or Don King?" Goldberg: “Well, Don uses a little more butch wax.” Goldberg was asked: “Well, does Vince use his, I guess…”talent,” like Don King does?” Goldberg: “Well, you see, there are no unions in wrestling, so Vince takes it as far as he can. When you don’t have a big voice speaking up for the smaller voices, that’s what happens.” “So, you’re done with WWE?” Goldberg (with a “no shit!” look on his face): “Yeah. That part of my career is over. In the wrestling business, before you retire, everyone has to give Vince a shot, and I did, and now I’m done with that.” “I heard someone say about your time with WWE, that you couldn’t stand it…” Goldberg (looking like he doesn’t know what to say) shakes his head as if to say, “I couldn’t stand it.” Goldberg was asked: “You were part of Wrestlemania XX, weren’t you? How did that go?” Goldberg: Yes. I have mixed feelings about that. It was the biggest wrestling match event in the history of wrestling….or some people might say that. But, both my opponent and I were leaving the next day, and the crowd knew that. My opponent….uh, Brock Leasnar, was leaving for one reason….and I was leaving to…uhhh (smiling, grabbing his goatee)…to keep my sanity. And the crowd knew we were leaving the next day. So the crowd really let him have it, and me too. It was tough. Even before we touched, I knew we had an uphill battle.” Goldberg was asked: “How much would you like to have Vince McMahon in a one-on-one steel cage match?” Goldberg (hesitantly, tugging at his goatee): “Well, I guess that would all depend on if, and how much, I would want to work there again. Because he would be dead…” Tom Arnold (I think) says: “Well, then his daughter would take over, wouldn’t she?” Goldberg: “Yeah, so then I would be working for my enemy, Triple H.” Arnold: “Really?” Goldberg: “Yeah, he really moved up quickly, didn’t he?” Arnold: “Is that for real? Are they really?.....” Goldberg: “From what I know and have seen, yes, it’s for real” Another cast member: “Really, because I know he was with Chyna for a while, and that was all like, ughhh!!! What’s so different about this???” Arnold: “Well, for one thing, he likes girls now!” (implying that Chyna is a bit masculine) (The crowd and cast goes insane, laughing their asses off) Arnold: “Oh, I’m kidding!!! I love Joanie!!!”
Guest I Got Banned for Sucking Report post Posted April 25, 2004 Interesting. As much as I loathe Goldberg, these fucking hosts really should do at least a little bit of research on their guests.

Anakin Flair 0 Report post Posted April 25, 2004 This is real. I saw the interview in question the other day, it was supposed to be a plug for his new moive, but the hosts talked about WWE stuff for most of the time.
Steve J. Rogers 0 Report post Posted April 25, 2004 I like how Tom Arnold continued the markish tradition of taking a real, REAL, REAL old tidbit and not doing more research to see if it was still true and accurate, and if not see whats the new info is. It be different if HHH and Chyna JUST broke up, I don't know, LAST MONTH! Buts its been nearly 5 years since they broke up (no clue about the timeline, but that does make sense as Steph DID break them up) Thats like the famous question posed to quarterback Jim Plunket about his parents. (I forget what it was, maybe someone can drag it up) Steve
Spaceman Spiff 0 Report post Posted April 25, 2004 Arnold: “Well, for one thing, he likes girls now!” (implying that Chyna is a bit masculine) Hey, I don't want to defend HHH, but a guy who used to poke *Roseanne Barr* shouldn't be throwing around jabs at someone else's choices in sexual partners.
