Well, dont know just how to word this, but are there any decent websites where i can get free enhancement tools? Things like detailed polls, guestbooks etc, i know you can search and get 3209572 crappy sites, but i can't find any decent ones.

 

Also, had a program a while a go that would do the html for you, dhtml i believe it was, where you just put the info in, and it would do it for you and you could just copy the html, does anyone know what that was called?
