The problem was with steiner at the time of the royal rumble match with HHH Steiner was to ring rusty and all he seem capable of doing was that damn belly to belly suplex... His later angles with Test you can see his moves extend beyond that. He seem to regain that decent amount of moves and still kept his bravado.. (Still a few slip ups and blown moves here and there) but then again that happens to anyone.

But if his body is that far blown out due to the roids and the injuries and he can't get conditioned better...then I hope he can settle into a non wrestling role maybe a Manager. Probably not in the WWE but hells Billy Gramhin did his Manager role for Don Muroco. Steiner can manage the next generation steiner out there.

What the fuck is this "we can't find anything for him" shit?

It's bullshit. It's retarded. If they can sit down and think up retard gimmicks and JBL giving old women heart attacks, they can think of SOMETHING to do with the talent that doesn't have a program going on.

I'm not even really a fan of Steiner, but they should do SOMETHING with him, even if it's just to send him to Smackdown and let him job to everyone for the next five months. Give me a break with this "nothing for him creative" shit.

For example, put him on Smackdown and give him a program where he puts over a young star. Why not? As much as I don't care for him, even Orlando Jordan would benefit from being put over an established guy like Steiner in a feud.

please dont give us a next generation steiner. im sick of roided out wrestlers who suck. steiner has always sucked as far as im concerned. anyone who is a blatant steroid user sucks(anyone who uses steroids sucks and has small nuts) just because he had one good match with ric flair people go wild over him. ric steiner is cool though. i enjoy watching his shit.

Steiner could still totally work (character-wise) today. The WWE simply fucked him over early on in his tenure. Had he come in as a heel, worked a few less profile matches, and caught his groove - he would've been fine. But because of his slip, and lets face it folks - it was that one slip that turned ALL of you against him, everyone magnifies his clumsiness.

I'll grant you that the monster loudmouth bastard who hates all human life is pretty much a money gimmick, but he's physically just done. I've never even seen the slip and its still completely apparent that the guy is being held together with duct tape and roids. Better the WWE let him go than try and work him for the next six months and maybe get him even more hurt in the process.

What sickens me about this the most is the fact that Scott Steiner could've changed pro wrestling. We could have been using his name in the same breath as Austin, Rock, Sting, Flair, ect... He was so good in his prime. Imagine has he used his heel persona in 95 or 96. We wouldn't be talking about Steve Austin, we'd be taking about Scott Steiner revolutionizing pro wrestling. Scott Steiner in the early 90's was everything we envision Kurt Angle to be. Unfortunately Angle is grossly overated and overshadowed by Steiner's superior wrestling skills.

It is sickening because Scott had all the tools and totally screwed them over by packing on more bulk than Triple H out on a quad injury. He had everything that would have translated into a perfect wrestling machine, but just kpet getting hurt and kept adding on more and more muscle when he was already impressive enough in that area. That increase in bulk in and around 97 turned him from being the best prospect and tag team wrestler of the early nineties into a freak of nature that couldn't move or perform at the same level anymore. It's sad.
