Guest Man Of 1,004 Modes Report post Posted May 14, 2004 NOTHING can match last weeks suckitude. Not even the card for Judgement Day? Well, there is a SLIM chance it can be good, but it will probably be WORSE since you have to pay $35 or $17 to see Judgment Day at home ($17 is the price for the webcast I think) and Smackdown is free on UPN (channel 9 here)

JoeDirt 0 Report post Posted May 14, 2004 I actually like Bradshaw as a heel for the most part - he's one of those heels that's better as a heel because he's a dick in real life, too. But he still shouldn't be getting a ME push.
Just call me Dan 0 Report post Posted May 14, 2004 He should be in a US title program and then if his character was over he would move up. These MIRACLE PUSHES~! have got to go.

ChrisMWaters 0 Report post Posted May 14, 2004 I have to say this... I did like Bradshaw doing the Turnbuckle Powerbomb. Just have him lose this Sunday, move somewhere else on the card, and we'll be fine.
Just call me Dan 0 Report post Posted May 14, 2004 Well, off to see what SK gave the show and I'll wipe my hands clean of that one. Pretty bad hard sell, but there wasn't much to sell. Bleh.

Just call me Dan 0 Report post Posted May 14, 2004 PPVs like this only get bought by people like myself who order them all anyway. I seriously wonder if there is ANYONE on earth who just recently started turning into SD and decided to buy the PPV. You can't be THAT big of a mark. It isn't possible. Guest Man Of 1,004 Modes Report post Posted May 14, 2004 From SK Rant because I'm not dumbe enough to make a thread of him. Amazingly, there’s a PPV this Sunday. You wouldn’t know it from watching the shows lately. I can’t recall a PPV outside of No Mercy 2003 that I have less enthusiasm about having to watch. Much like this show as of late, as it continues swirling the toilet like a used condom. Now, please explain to me how a 30+ year old virgin knows that a used condom swirls around in the toilet bowl? Just John 0 Report post Posted May 14, 2004 I know I'm late, but I have to ask. What is with calling Chavo Sr. "Chavo Classic?" I'm glad he won his first WWE match, but I don't understand the name change.
SamoaRowe 0 Report post Posted May 14, 2004 If I'd been here for the thread, this would've gone at least eight pages . But I figured that would just annoy people. Amazingly, I didn't hate the show tonight. I didn't like it either, but it wasn't as depressing as some other offerings Smackdown has given us lately. Guest Trivia247 Report post Posted May 14, 2004 time to do some Smackdown feedback at wwe.com It has been rumored that the WWE creative staff has considered smackdown to be the "B" show. That Raw is the most important and therefore the only show worth the time of those who create the storylines for each show. Im wondering why then does the WWE feel the need to bury Smackdown? Do you all even realize that the quality of show Smackdown is taking a downward spiral? That I know hundreds of people i've seen all believe that Smackdown is becoming second or third rate? Why can't the company give equal amount of creativity to Raw and Smackdown? Seeings how each show gets its own section of viewers due to some people can't get Spike or UPN at the same time. Smackdown was great because of excellent wrestling and work with the cruiserweights. And now even the Cruiserweight title has been degraded by this new angle you have with it on Jackie. Was there no other cruiserweight your creative team saw worthy of holding the title? Please do not forget Smackdown when you are making the angles and storylines for Raw. It would be an mistake to kill off your second flagship show via inactivity and Apathy. Trivia WWE fan since

So couldn't it just be that Steph and her crew suck at booking?
