Steviekick's Fantasy Booking: CWF

Recommended Posts

Well, everyone else is posting their fantasy booking, so here's mine based on my matches on PS2's SM: SYM.

The Backstory to my promotion, Championship Wrestling Federation, is this, It used to be a big promotion starting in the mid 1980s and temporary folded in 2001. In January of 2003, CWF returned with the "Genesis" PPV, where the titles and the promotion was reinstated. The history will be gone into detail at a later date, but basically it is a combination of the history of WWE, NWA/WCW, and ECW.

Basically the roster combines all the big names and smark favorites from the last 20 years.

World Heavyweight Championship History

Jan. 2003: Ric Flair (wins via one night tournament at Genesis PPV over Hulk Hogan, the Rock, Steve Austin, Bret Hart, Sting, HHH, and the Undertaker)

March 2003: Kevin Nash via pinfall of Ric Flair after Jackknife Powerbomb

May 2003: Undertaker via pinfall of Nash after Tombstone Piledriver

July 2003: The Rock (wins triple threat match against Undertaker and Kane)

Nov. 2003: Rob Van Dam pins the Rock with the Van Daminater (RVD goes on to succesfully defend the title against many of the top names, including Austin, Rock, Flair, Hogan, Undertaker, and Shawn Michaels)

Jan. 2004: Sting

United States Championship History

Jan. 2003: Chris Jericho (awarded title after second place finish in battle royal at Genesis)

March 2003: Owen Hart

April 2003: Brock Lesnar

May 2003: Tazz

June 2003: Jushin Liger

July 2003: Kurt Angle

Nov. 2003: Bret Hart

Jan. 2004: Tazz (via Angle run in)

Tag Team Championship History

Jan. 2003: The Hardy Boys (awarded title after Matt Hardy wins battle royal at Genesis)

Feb. 2003: Mikey Whipwreck and Tajiri

March 2003: Raven and Matt Hardy

May 2003: Tommy Dreamer and Jeff Hardy

May 2003: The Dudley Boys (Dreamer and Hardy held title for only a week)

June 2003: Booker T and Goldust

Aug. 2003: Kevin Nash and Scott Hall

Oct. 2003: Booker T and Goldust

Dec. 2003: Bradshaw and Farooq

Jan. 2004: Booker T and Goldust

Cruiserweight Championship History

Jan. 2003: Billy Kidman (wins title in a ladder match against Rey Mysterio, the Hurricane, Chavo Guerrero, and Christian)

March 2003: Christian

May 2003: Rey Mysterio

Aug. 2003: Jushin Liger

Sep. 2003: Chris Benoit

Dec. 2003: Chavo Guerrero

Women's Championship History

Aug. 2003: Trish Stratus (awarded the title via fan poll on promotion's web site)

Nov. 2003: Jazz

Dec. 2003: Victoria

Recent Angles/Stable history

• Raven's Flock: Debuted as Raven, Stevie Richards, and Victoria. After failing to gain the Tag Team Titles from the Hardy Boys, Raven was dejected. Stevie convinces the Hardys, as well as Lita, to join forces. Eventually Raven throws Victoria out of the Flock thanks to Lita's influence. Stevie soon leaves as he sides with Victoria, and Jeff Hardy leaves the group. Jeff and Raven's long time nemesis Tommy Dreamer wind up feuding with Matt and Raven.

• The Triple Threat: Shane Douglas and William Regal form the Triple Threat by debuting the next big thing, Brock Lesnar. Lesnar flips out and disbands the alliance after losing the US title, injuring Douglas and Regal for some time.

• Undertaker/Kane: Taker and Kane have been feuding for years, as Kane blames Taker for smashing his face in earlier in his career. Neither have a supernatural persona whatsoever and are not related.

• nWo: An alliance of the backstage clique of Kevin Nash, Scott Hall, X Pac, Shawn Michaels, and Justin Credible get booked together on screen as a mega heel group.

• Evolution: Originally debuted as the Four Horseman, with HHH, Ric Flair, Randy Orton, and Bradwhaw. Bradshaw is kicked out of the group and HHH emerges as the groups leader and the faction than becomes known as Evolution.

• The Hogan feud: When the promotion returned, it was on screen GM Vince McMahon's goal to get rid of Hogan. Vince tried unsuccsesfully, allying himself with Hogan's old enemies Roddy Piper and Randy Savage, and even the Big Show. Feud is pretty much dropped in favor of a Savage/McMahon feud where Savage becomes the face GM to McMahon's heel GM. The original feud was based on Hogan's screwing over of other talent back in the day, and as a result, none of the other faces in the promotion ally themselves with Hogan on air.

Current Roster: Legion of Doom, Chavo Guerrero, Dean Malenko, Tommy Dreamer, The World's Greatest Tag Team, Jushin Liger, Victoria, Stevie Richards, Mike Awesome, Rey Mysterio, Sting, Bill Goldberg, Bret Hart, Owen Hart, British Bulldog, Cactus Jack, Kanyon, Ultimate Warrior, Justin Credible, Scott Hall, Randy Savage, Rosie,Albert, Big Show, Billy, Billy Kidman, Booker T, Bradshaw, Brock Lesnar, Bubba Ray Dudley, Chris Jericho, Chris Benoit, Christian, Chuck, D-Von Dudley, Edge, Eddie Guerrero, Farooq, Goldust, Hulk Hogan, the Hurricane, jeff Hardy, kane, Kevin Nash, Kurt Angle, lacne Sorm, Lita, Matt Hardy, Al Snow, Maven, mark Henry, Molly, Ric Flair, Rico, RVD, Rock, Shawn Michaels, Spike, Jazz, Stacy Kiebler, Stephanie McMahon, Steve Austin, Tajiri, Test, Torrie Wilson, HHH, Randy Orton, Shawn Stasiak, Trish Stratus, Undertaker, William Regal, X-Pac

Former Recent Wrestlers: Roddy Piper, Ricky Steamboat, Scott Steiner, Terry Funk, Shane Douglas, Ultimo Dragon, the Great Muta, Nova

I'll be back later to post the results/recap of the April PPV, Wrestlemania.

WRESTLEMANIA XX

live from Los Angeles, CA

your hosts are Joey Styles and Bobby Heenana

Styles: Welcome everyone in La la land to WM XX

Heenan: Why are you excited and isn't it past your bed time?

WOMEN'S CHAMPIONSHIP TRIPLE THREAT INTERGENDER TAG MATCH: STEPHANIE MCMAHON/HHH vs. JAZZ/MARK HENRY vs. VICTORIA©/STEVIE RICHARDS

THE HISTORY: Originally, this was supposed to be Victoria/Jazz. After Stephanie wound up getting a victory over fellow non wrestler Torrie Wilson, she got a big head and begged her father, the co-GM to book an interegender tag for the title, and chose her on again/off again fiance HHH to be her partner. This way he would carry her through the match and through the title. HHH agreed, as he knew it would wind up benefitting him later.

THE MATCH: All the bumping was done by our faces in peril Stevie and Victoria, and Jazz and HHH were the most dominant in the match. Match ended with HHH pedigreeing Victoria and Steph getting the pin. DUD. After the match, HHH came back to the ring and attacked Stevie who was tending to his injured partner.

WINNER: Stephanie McMahon and new champion.

GRUDGE MATCH: THE ROCK VS. ROB VAN DAM

THE HISTORY: RVD one the CWF World Championship from the Rock, as well as there rematch. The Rock has been angered by this and how everyone has been saying the Rock can't beat Rob Van Dam. RVD takes the challenge, and says that he's going to smoke Rocky at WM.

THE MATCH: Rocky dominates early in the match and completely obliterates RVD. Rock is getting MAJOR heel heet, and RVD is totally unsuccesful at mounting any awesome. Rock goes for the People's Elbow, but RVD get's out of the way. RVD starts to mount a comeback, but gets caught with the Rock Bottom. **

WINNER: The Rock. Rock gets booed after the match and RVD starts to get up. Both stare down. Rock extends his hand and RVD accepts. Crowd gets happy and a split "Rocky" and "RVD" chant is heard.

Heenan: I would have Rock Bottomed him or something. I wouldn't have shook his hand. Van Dam cost him the big one. Hell, I would have had One Man Gang come down and 747 splash him.

Styles: That's a good plan. But OMG DOESN'T work here anymore!

Heenan: Well he should.

TAG TEAM MATCH: CACTUS JACK AND MAVEN VS. RIC FLAIR AND RANDY ORTON

Heenan: Did you know that Flair one the first CWF World Title at the very first Wrestlemania? I was there that night. It was amazing.

Styles: I knew that. You called the match. It was a classic.

Heenan: How would you know? You were just a little kid then. You propably thought back than that girls are icky. You propably still do.

THE HISTORY: Cactus has been feuding with all three members of Evolution, but now mostly Flair and Orton. GM Randy Savage says that since Flair and Orton can't decide who wants to face Cactus at WM, then they both will face him and who ever he chooses. Rumors fly around as to who it is, and Cactus revealed his choice on the last TV show before WM:

Cactus Jack: There have been rumors all over the place as to who I will pick to be my partner, who is crazy enough to get in the ring with me against Evolution. I've been thinking about picking Hayabusa, cause I read in the dirtsheets that he's planning a tour of the States. I could pick my good friend Mikey Whipwreck, even though he'll poop himself thinking about going against Flair. I could pick my mentor and best friend Terry Funk. We all know how much he hates Flair. But I'm not. You see, Randy Orton is nothing but a leech. He's sucking off the greatness of Flair. Riding his coattails, and getting an opportunity that he doesn't deserve. So I've decided I'm going to give someone an opportunity. My partner is Maven!

THE MATCH: Standard tag match, with Jack and Flair doing most of the bumping. Both really make Orton and Maven look better than they are. Flair gets a lot of face reactions, for some reason. Match starts to finish with all four men in the ring. Cactus and Orton are legal. Orton goes for the RKO. Cactus blocks, and Orton submits to the mandible claw.

WINNERS: Cactus Jack and Maven

BACKSTAGE: Camera crew catches CWF world champion Sting walking into the building. He looks very determined and angry.

CHRIS BENOIT VS. BROCK LESNAR

THE HISTORY: Benoit elmiminate Brock at the Royal Rumble cleanly. Brock took exception to that, and came back later in the Rumble when it was down to the final four to F5 Benoit out of the ring, thus injuring him and taking him out of the Rumble. Brock has been dodging an angry Benoit sinc.

THE MATCH: Very fast paced and aggressive betweeen the two. Lots of wrestling and counterholds. Brock botches a powerbomb in the middle of the match, and Benoit starts stiffing Brock. Benoit locks the Crippler crossface for the win. ***

WINNER: Chris Benoit

BACKSTAGE: Cactus Jack and Maven are celebrating in the venue's food court. All three members of Evolution run in and start attacking them. Cactus Jack is being slaughterd and thrown through a popcorn machine! Severe heel beatdown, Cactus is bloodied, and no one comes to their rescue. An angry HHH tells them to get out, and they leave.

Styles: I can't believe they just did that. Evolution proved how selfish they are. That was uncalled for.

Heenan: But they taught all the kids watching an important lesson!

Styles: And what would that be?

Heenan: What happens when your not fair to Flair.

UNITED STATES TITLE: TAZZ© VS. DDP

THE HISTORY: What started as a little rivalry between the NY and NJ residents turned out into a big feud. DDP challenged Tazz for the title, and Tazz agreed.

THE MATCH: Lots of brawling. DDP escapes the Tazzmission a few times. Tazz goes off the ropes for a big clothesline, but DDP hits him with his cyclone punch. DDP hits the Diamond Cutter to win.**

WINNER: DDP

CHRIS JERICHO VS. STEVE AUSTIN

THE HISTORY: This match is all about bragging rights. Jericho verbally taunts Austin for a few weeks about being washed up and a has been. Austing challenges him for a WM match.

THE MATCH: It went for twenty minutes. Lots of false finishes, and both men brought their working boots. Jericho goes for the Lionsualt, but Austin gets his knees up. Austin gets the stunner, but Jericho gets his leg on the ropes. Austin goes for a Thesz Press, but Jericho gets out of the way. Austin taps out to the walls of Jericho. ***

THE WINNER: Chris Jericho

6 MAN ELIMINATION MATCH FOR THE CRUISERWEIGHT TITLE: CHAVO GUERRERO © VS. REY MYSTERIO VS. JUSHIN LIGER VS. BILLY KIDMAN VS. JEFF HARDY VS. DEAN MALENKO

THE HISTORY: Chavo has defended his title like a total heel, and gets cheap victories over Rey, Liger, Kidman, and Hardy. Hardy convinces Malenko to return to wrestling, and Malenko starts mentoring him.

THE MATCH: Kidman taps out to Malenko's Texas Clover Leaf. Hardy pins Malenko after hitting the Swanton. Malenko is VERY ANGRY and doesn't leave ringside. He trips up Hardy, and Rey pins him with a victory roll. Rey pins Liger with the West Coast Pop. Chavo cleanly wins, after hitting Rey with a Tornado DDT. ****

BACKSTAGE: Cyrus tries to interview Kane, but he says nothing. Cyrus gets freaked out and leaves.

LEGION OF DOOM VS. EDGE AND CHRISTIAN

THE HISTORY: LOD return to CWF and start bragging about all the titles they've held. Christian interrupts and reminds them of his accomplishments. Edge saves Xian from a beatdown, even though he can't stand his brother. However, he weill team with him for one night only to find out who is better.

THE MATCH: LOD sells nothing. Xian and Edge get their asses kicked, and get Doomsday Deviced. Edge gets the upset after a quick spear to Animal. **

WINNERS: Edge and Christian.

WORLD TAG TEAM TITLE TABLE MATCH: BOOKDUST © vs. THE DUDLEY BOYS

THE HISTORY: Not much and kind of rushed. Dudleys get a title shot and Bookdust decide to make it a table match.

THE MATCH: DUD. Dudleys mount no offensee and both get put through tables. Crowd boos the very short match

WINNERS: BOOKDUST

THREE WAY DANCE: HULK HOGAN VS. RANDY SAVAGE VS. ULTIMATE WARRIOR

THE HISTORY: This match was an offshoot of the ongoing Hogan/Savage/Vince feud. Vince announces that he is going to bring in the one person who he KNOWS can take the two fo them out once and for all. The Ultimate Warrior comes out to a huge pop. Warrior promised to bring the powers of destructocicity to WM and on Hogan and Savage. But first to Vince. The crowd went INSANE as he hit the Ultimate Slam/Splash combo on vince.

THE MATCH: Savage and Hogan can't stop the Warrior! Nothing they do can hold him down. Warrior wins after Ultimate Slam/Splashing both of them, but decides to get the pin on Hogan. *** Crowd very hot during this match.

SIX MAN ELIMINATION TAG MATCH: TEAM ANGLE (KURT ANGLE AND THE WORLD'S GREATEST TAG TEAM) VS. THE HART FOUNDATION (BRET HART, OWEN HART, BRITISH BULLDOG)

THE HISTORY: Offshoot of the ongoing Bret/Angle Canada vs. US feud that had been preoccupying the US Title Scene.

THE MATCH: Lots of great wrestling and false finishes. All six men bust out moves that they don't usually do, borrowing of each other's signature spots and the true show stealer of the night. Shelton eliminated Bulldog with a wicked spin kick. Owen eliminates Shelton with a Sharpshooter. Bret reverses the Haas of Pain and reverses it and Haas taps out to the Sharpshooter. Angle makes Owen tap out to the Ankle Lock. It's left with Bret and Kurt, and a phenomenal 10 minute sequence of hold/counterhold and chain wrestling. Kurt makes Bret tap to the Anklelock. *****

FIVE MAN SHOWDOWN FOR THE WORLD CHAMPIONSHIP: STING© VS. KANE VS. UNDERTAKER VS. JOHN CENA VS. BILL GOLDBERG

THE HISTORY: Kane won the Royal Rumble, so it should have been Kane vs. Sting. However, things get interesting. Undertaker gets a pin over Kane and proclaims himself the #1 contender. Goldberg does the same after pinning both Taker and Kane. Cena calls out Sting, who is being a cowardly face and only keeping his title via intentional DQ's and cheating. Cena winds up getting a clean non-title pin over Sting and 3 DQ victories as well. Cena says he should be the champ. GM's Savage and Vince realize this is all too confusing to sort out, so the five can fight it out to find out who the real champion is.

THE MATCH: Suprisingly works, but only two or three men in the ring at the same time, kinda like in the TLC matches. Crowd is into it, lots of pinfalls get interrupted, and the crowd is 50/50 behind Goldberg and Cena. On the outside, Goldberg jackhammers Cena. In the ring it's just Sting, Taker, and Kane. Taker hits the last ride on Kane. Sting hits a low blow on Taker to take him down, and Sting makes him tap out with the Scorpion Leg Lock. ***.

THE WINNER: Sting. The crowd boos the cheap victory from Sting.

Styles: I can't believe Sting. He gets out again with the title, just barely. Someone's going to get him. Sting was taken to the limit by all four men in that match. He's a punk.

Heenan: It doesn't matter what you think. Sting doesn't care what the little Stingers think. He doesn't care about what the humanoids think. Sting is a man posessed. He'll do whatever it takes to be champion.

Hope you liked WM. I'm still trying to figure out the style that I will use to do the shows. THis is going to be a little more straight foward recapping/script style.

TAG TEAM MATCH: JEFF HARDY AND TOMMY DREAMER VS. DEAN MALENKO AND LANCE STORM

THE MATCH: Styles shills the CWF web site's exclusive video coverage of WM. Basically, Malenko was super pissed that Hardy eliminated him in the Cruiser 6-man and attacked him in the back. THE MATCH: Complete squash. Bookdust wins. After the match, Hall, Nash, and HBK come down. Nash says he sick and tired of the two of them always messing up. DUD.

BACKSTAGE PROMO: Raven is power walking to the ring, and carrying a chair.

----COMMERCIAL BREAK----

RAVEN VS. RANDY ORTON

GM Randy Savage is standing at the entrance way and says that there is still 15 minutes left of TV time, so when they get back DDP will defend his US Title against Eddie Guerrero. Sting, Kanyon, Jericho, and Chavo will all be banned from ringside.

----COMMERCIAL BREAK----

Eddie is putting a beat down on DDP, working the legs/hips. Eddie goes up to the top rope again, but DDP gets up! Eddie misses. DDP throws Eddie off the rope, and catches him with the flap jack. DDP gets a diamondcutter, goes for the pin, but Eddie gets a foot on the rope! DDP is majorly pissed and picks up Eddie. After the match ends, Bret Hart's theme music plays and he comes down to the ring. He gets on the mic and announces that Rhyno has been entered into the tournament at Canadian Stampede. He reminds the audience of how guys like himself, Foley, and even Raven (he points out that he hates Raven more than anyone else in the world) all have busted their asses to get where they are because of their work ethic and dedication. Evolution, with maybe the exception of Flair are just kiss asses who do whatever it takes and don't care about the business. Thats why they miss appearances and stuff like that. Flair is irate and challenges dreamer to a match later that night.

--COMMERCIAL BREAK--

THE WORLDS GREATEST TAG TEAM VS. THE APA

THE MATCH: APA is pretty much no selling everything by TWGTT. Match is really sucking. Farooq gets the pin on Benjamin, but he's the wrong man. TWGTT argues the decision with the ref, and the match continues. Match ends with Farooq tapping out to the Haas of Pain. DUD.

THE WINNER: TWGTT

--COMMERCIAL BREAK

TOMMY DREAMER VS. RIC FLAIR

THE MATCH: Dreamer isn't backing down and is not intimidated at all by Flair. Lots of brawling, and Dreamer is thrown out of the ring. Flair follows. Dreamer starts beating the hell out of him. He picks up Flair, starts going towards the ring, smirks, and screams out "this is for foley!", and DVD's Flair outside the ring~! Dreamer goes back in the ring and wins via countout!

WINNER: TOMMY DREAMER

--COMMERCIAL BREAK--

BACKSTAGE PROMO: Raven is getting worked on by the trainer backstage. Matt and Lita are back with him. Tommy Dreamer walks in the room, and they get defensive. He tells them to back down. Raven looks at him. Dreamer basically calls a truce between the two of them, and reminds them that the two of them used to be friends (CHEAP SHILL: I will be recapping the CWF DVD that features the Tommy/Raven feud in its entirety this month, along with the complete history of CWF!!!). He says that now they'll never be friends again, but at least they have a commen enemy (Evolution). Raven extends his hand and says that the only thing he would enjoy more than cracking Tommy's skull open was stoping Evolution. The two shake hands. You can hear Styles and Heenan on commentary going nuts as the segment ends.

--COMMERCIAL BREAK--

MAIN EVENT: DDP VS. CHRIS JERICHO

THE MATCH: Jericho is way too cocky, and DDP is beating him. Jericho really underestimated his opponent tonight. DDP diamondcuts him only two get a two count. Jericho gets up and is all fired up, and using his speed and agility to his advantage. He hits a double powerbomb on DDP for a two count. Flying forearm sets up for the Lionsault.

WINNER: JERICHO.

After the match, Jericho looks up into the camera and says that Sting's next as the camera fades to black....

OPENING VIDEO MONTAGE

THE WORLD'S GREATEST TAG TEAM VS. THE DUDLEY BOYS

THE MATCH: This match is for the title shot at Canadian Stampede. Basic tag match between the two, but nothing special. Lots of false finishes, as each man hits their finisher, as well as tag team finisher. Match ends with Haas getting hit with a Bubbacutter. **

WINNER: THE DUDLEY BOYS

---COMMERCIAL BREAK----

BACKSTAGE PROMO: Raven is sitting in the parking lot with the rest of the Flock. Lita questions his new alliance with Tommy Dreamer due to the history between the two of them. Raven reminds her of all the pain in suffering that was inflicted on himself by Tommy. He also reminds Matt of the pain that he inflicted on him, and how that made the bond between the two of them stronger. With all the hatred between himself and Tommy, they will forever be connected. Raven: "The pain that brought us together will be the pain that destroys Evolution. Quote the Raven."

---COMMERCIAL BREAK---

SHAWN STASIAK VS. SPIKE DUDLEY

THE MATCH: The two of them begin the match, and Teddy Long comes out. He said that tonight we will meet the tag team that he has brought from Japan to destroy the LOD...They are Mike Awesome and Vader! The match turns into Awesome/Vader vs. Stasiak/Spike. Total squash as A & V stiff the hell out of the two jobbers. Match ends with Awesome and Vader powerbombing the other two guys and both getting the pin. DUD.

WINNERS: VADER AND AWESOME

BACKSTAGE PROMO: DDP is sitting backstage and Kanyon comes by and talks about DDP's upcoming match with Eddie Guerrero. DDP says that he wishes he could get some revenge on Chavo, as well. ----COMMERCIAL BREAK---

KURT ANGLE VS. TEST AND VAL VENIS

THE MATCH: Bret Hart is on commentary. If Kurt wins, he gets into the Canadian title tourney. Kurt pretty much beat's the heck out of the two of them. Kurt has the ankle lock on Val, but Bret goes to ringside and distracts the ref. This gives Test enough time to get up. He hits the big boot on Angle. Val hits the Money Shot for the win.**

WINNERS: TEST AND VAL VENIS. Bret announces that for being victorious over Angle, both Test and Val will be in the tournament.

BACKSTAGE: Hurricane is in the boiler room where Kane is, who hasn't been seen since WM. Kane is agitated and breaking things. Hurricane tells him that it's unusual for a super hero to talk to a super villain, but Hurricane needs help. He wants to harness the destructocity of Kane...but for the side of good. And by good he means kicking Rikishi's fat ass and squashing the Worm.

----COMMERCIAL BREAK---

LITTLE GUIDO VS. TAJIRI

THE MATCH: Guido works the arm like there is no tommorrow. Very odd, since normal logic would suggest taking out Tajiri's leg since he kicks so freaking much. But the strategy worked for Guido, who got him to tap out with his finisher, the Fujiwara armbar. **

WINNER: LITTLE GUIDIO

BACKSTAGE PROMO: Chris Jericho is being interviewed by Cyrus about his upcoming Canadian Stampede match. Jericho tells about how he knows that Sting is a coward, but also a painted baboon. Tonight he'll take on Sting's old bladerunning buddy, the Ultimate Warrior.

----COMMERCIAL BREAK----

KANYON VS. EDDIE GUERRERO

THE MATCH: Kanyon's crazy offense is no match for Eddie tonight. Frogsplash for the pin.

WINNER: EDDIE GUERRERO

BACKSTAGE PROMO: Evolution is backstage, and Flair is the only one in wrestling gear. Flair says he's a little shaken by last week, and that it won't be a problem. Tonight he's facing Raven.

----COMMERCIAL BREAK----

RAVEN VS. RIC FLAIR

THE MATCH: Very old school styled, lots of brawling, use of the sleeper and psychology. Both men leave the ring at times to catch their breath and regroup. Crowd is very into it, and Flair even gets a face pop for his top rope catch. Flair gets a lot of chopping and stuff in, but Raven escapes and hits the Evenflow for the win. *** 1/2

WINNER: RAVEN

----COMMERCIAL BREAK----

ULTIMATE WARRIOR VS. CHRIS JERICHO

THE MATCH: Jericho is very cocky and winds up getting his ass handed to him by Warrior. Warrior's power is too much for Jericho. Warrior hits the Ultimate Slam and only get's two. Jericho rolls out of the ring and gets super motivated. Warrior is still too powerful for him. Jericho exposes a turnbuckle and whips Warrior into it. That knocks Warrior down. Jericho hits the Lionsault for the win. He narrowly escaped. ** mainly for Jericho's bumping.

THE WINNER: CHRIS CHERICHO

------COMMERCIAL BREAK-----

MAIN EVENT: TAG TEAM TITLE MATCH: BOOKDUST© VS. THE OUTSIDERS

THE MATCH: Very back and forth match ith Bookdust getting the advantaged. X-Pac and HBK come down for some cheating and mayhem, but only X-Pac gets to the ring. He gets scissor kicked by Booker for good measure. Booker takes Hall outside the ring. While the ref is distracted, Goldust hits the Golden Globes on Nash, and gets the 1-2-3.

I know, but my promotion is based outside of reality. I'm workign on posting the complete history, which pretty much combines asepcts of WWE, NWA/WCW, ECW history together.

I can't take full credit for the graphic, I was fortunate enough to find the file of the one WWF used back in 97.

My bad, I knew that, I was just kinda out of it. And I know you didn't make the graphic, but it's still a good idea to use it for the preview post. Can't wait to read the PPV and full history eventually.

Yes, the Rhyno win was definately surprising, considering he's the only non-canadian in the Canadian Title Tournament, but I like surprises. It's good that Jericho won though, and a nice PPV overall. Can't wait to find out who Evolution's fourth member is.

Thanks for the feedback. I really wanted a suprise winner in the Canadian tourney and luckily the PS2 picked the same guy I was pulling for. I figured Rhyno would be good for the upset, as the Gore is really one of the few finishers that can legitimately come anytime in a match.

I'm finishing up tonight's show, and the fourth member of Evolution will be revealed. It's definitely going to give them a sick advantage in their feud with Raven and Dreamer. But that's the only hint I'll give....
