Guest Ray Report post Posted May 21, 2004 The Halloween Havoc match is already on the Rey Mysterio dvd! DUH! I already explained this: "I know, Eddie loses and it's already on Rey's DVD, but it's too damn good to not be on here. It's possibly Eddie's best performance ever, and the best cruiserweight match I've ever seen in the US." It's Eddie's best performance in the US. It's one of the best US matches ever. I don't care if it's on Mysterio's DVD. Due to the quality of the match, and Eddie's performance, it DESERVES to be on a DVD displaying *Eddie's* best work. The goal here is to show us Eddie's career, NOT to put as many non-already-on-DVD matches as possible. If we're going to use this "it's on another DVD" logic, then no PPV matches should be on any DVD, because they're already on PPV DVD's. So what, we'd be left with nothing but TV matches? That would suck, since the best and biggest matches tend to be on PPV.
Lil' Bitch 0 Report post Posted May 22, 2004 The Halloween Havoc match is already on the Rey Mysterio dvd! ITS EDDIE's FAVORITE MATCH!!! Anyways, I forgot to add Eddie Vs. Ohtani from Starrcade 95, great stuff.
razazteca 0 Report post Posted May 22, 2004 If the Halloween Havoc match does end up on the dvd then it better damn well get the Ric Flair treatment with in depth interviews from Eddie Guerrero and Rey Mysterio and it better show the build up to the match. It needs more than the "this is my fav match" here is the footage.
Scroby 0 Report post Posted May 22, 2004 Shouldn't these two matches be on it? Eddie and Tajiri vs WGTT in the ladder match for the tag titles? Also when Eddie and Tajiri lost the tag titles to them because that match is what really got Eddie going in late 2003?

Also when Eddie and Tajiri lost the tag titles to them because that match is what really got Eddie going in late 2003? I hope the first one isn't, as I HATE when matches previously on DVD get released again. However, any of the SD matches where Eddy would get WGTT DQ'd to save the belts for him and Tajiri would be good. I always thought Eddy did that better than anybody ever has before or since. -=Mike
Lil' Bitch 0 Report post Posted May 22, 2004 I also wouldn't mind seeing the Los Guerreros Vs. TWGTT match from last September on the DVD.
bob_barron 0 Report post Posted May 22, 2004 I also wouldn't mind seeing the Los Guerreros Vs. TWGTT match from last September on the DVD. As someone who owns the Rey Mysterio DVD I don't want to a match I already have taking up time on the DVD unless as razateca said they go in depth with it. (Buildup, commentary) And that Los Guerreros v. WGTT match is terrible. Once it becomes a pier-4 brawl it's just really sloppy and everyone is off.
Guest Choken One Report post Posted May 22, 2004 If Foley can get the Mind Games Match used twice (and WWE has used the MSG Street Fight three times on DVD)... I'm sure that WWE Can slide the Havoc Match on there.
ChrisMWaters 0 Report post Posted May 22, 2004 How about at least one of Eddie and Dean Malenko's matches from ECW? Maybe Eddie winning the ECW TV Title from Dean?
razazteca 0 Report post Posted May 22, 2004 There should be a law that states that Dean Malenko must be on every cruiserweight best of dvd. Malenko vs Guerrero should also get the full indepth treatment because Dean was one of Eddie's best opponets as they had classics in ECW and WCW.

Which Guerrero/Malenko matches would you choose for in the DVD? Would the 2 out of 3 falls match from their final ECW appearance be one?
