TSM Movie Tournament Final Round

Kill Bill Vol. 1

Yes, it is a newer movie and this could be the reason for all the love, but it's my fav due to all the swordplay, comic book style filming, and hot chicks. Plus it has David Carradine from Kung Fu, which is my all time favorite TV show. While it may not be a better film from a critical point of view, it's still my clear favorite. Props to everyone for putting all three Tarantino films that got nominated into the final four.

Kill Bill Volume 1.

I wish I could have voted in the earlier rounds, these two in the finals doesn't really do it for me. I also agree that Goodfellas should have gone over.

Goddamn, did Kill Bill just make it this far because it's new?

Pulp Fiction gets my vote. Reservoir Dogs is better than both of them though.

It's fresher in everyone's mind than anything else...I don't think I voted for it in any round, and it pisses me off it beat 3 movies I like a hell of a lot more than any Tarantino flick.

Pulp Fiction.

To think... Kill Bill Vol. 1 will more than likely win this tournament to determine probably the greatest film of all time - and even if it is favourite, that's still shocking.

Pulp Fiction slays Kill Bill.

Weird, of the final four, Kill Bill is the worst movie. I still love it though.

As proclaimed by TSM: "Kill Bill Vol. 1 is the greatest film of all time."

Considering that the winner last time was The Godfather, I'd say there's been a significant drop in the tastes of TSM users.

Pulp Fiction was in the finals of the last movie tournament, so I wouldn't really say there's been a drop in the tastes of TSMers.

I think Kill Bill Vol. 1 is getting so many votes because it's been recently-seen and still stuck in people's heads, giving it the win over classics/older films that they may not have seen for a few years.
